Very pleasant little Japanese style restaurant. Dinner for two and a beer for $30, great value. Steaks are good cuts, cooked very well and served on a sizzling plate. Paid two visits while here and it didn't disappoint. Located in the Night Market, lots of action and a fun place.

Ruth's Chris Steak House specializes in serving aged USDA Prime steaks, broiled in a trademark 1800-degree oven and served on a plate heated to 500 degrees to ensure the steak stays "sizzling" hot. To experience fine dining at its best ⦠Just follow the s
First of all, in the USA, everyone knows Ruth's Chris but somehow in taiwan, the management all destroy whole reputation of every kind of chain restaurant. Not only Ruth Chris but also Chille's and OutbackTheir service is not good enough, even the quality of food is fair enough And when valet service only served 10:00 PM I was so surprised that how highest level of Ruth Chris allowed their staff doing this. Quite upset. As to food, it is very ok, but somehow compare to price it is not worth.

I went to FORE restaurant with my family. The restaurant is what I think is a more typical modern/clean looking restaurant that you might find in USA. The food was good although portions are a bit small. We had the duck, pork and beef. I liked the duck the most. We had salads that were very good too.I don't know what the cost was since someone else paid...Definitely get the desserts though...the tapioca dessert was really good. One thing to note...when they say last call (to order food), they mean last call to order dessert too ! We didn't know this but they were nice enough to order the dessert given that we had a very large party.

The service is outstanding and be aware of the 10/15% service charge that no one can explain. Consider it a tip, and leave no more as a tip. NO TIPPING!!!!!!!!! Great service and excellent food. Another full course restaurant from appetizer to main course. They pay major attention to detail. However, they are not overbearing as is in some of your better eating establishments. Reservation are suggested but not required. "MAKE THE RESERVATION OR WAIT".I Enjoined the beef short rib without the bone, however they have a bone in available. Very warm atmosphere, with very nice people. Alcoholic beverages are NOT included. ENJOY!

The Prime Grill on the 24th floor of Millennium Vee Hotel Taichung offers fine steaks dining with breathtaking view of Taichung City's 7th Redevelopment Zone, the new central business district, which includes Taichung City Hall and City Council buildings, the National Taichung Theatre, and many modern department stores, condominium buildings and commercial towers. Thanks to American Express Taiwan for the exclusive discount on meals and thanks to the Grill for offering the Flambé crepes Suzette to my guest as a birthday dessert!

I had an hour-long window before meeting up with friends and needed to eat lunch. I walked down a street where previously I had only ridden on the bus, so I was taking my time looking around. Sure enough, right above the Family Mart on the corner, was a large restaurant, all windows on all 3 sides of its corner location. It was midweek, midday. I was there right before the lunch crowd started piling in.Great service, great food. Lovely table settings.I had steak and soup. Every bite was delicious. I will go back again.Clean restroom with all sorts of freebies-- dental floss sticks/picks, cotton swabs, etc... on the vanity.

This is our third visit to Wang Steak. The food is superb and the service is great. Jimmy, the maitre d' was very pleasant and helpful. Our waitress, Ruru, was beyond reproach. The steak is well done but still soft and tasty. The veal is perfect. As we were celebrating our anniversary, we were given red wine and cake on the house. This is a must try restaurant in Taichung.
