If you want a top quality steak. Then look no further. Mortons on the 9th floor of the PACF mall. High quality meat and preparation. Service magestic, surroundings opulent. This is not an everyday treat. On weekdays if you order a drink at the bar you can get steak sandwiches for free. Not a bad deal. Also have chains in HK

Fantastic Cuisine combined with Great Presentation and Thoughtful ServiceIâve previously dined in Taiwan at other restaurants of the Wang Steak chain, which was started by Wang Yung-Ching. Unlike most restaurant founders, he is not a chef, but rather a businessman and former richest man in Taiwan, and founder of Formosa Plastics Gorp. However his wife was known for her tasty seasoned âWang steaksâ, which are the cornerstone of the chainâs famed Western cuisine with an Asian flare. The fine cuts of beef come from Australia, New Zealand, Canada or USA and the lamb from New Zealand. They are marinated for two days and then slow-cooked for 90 minutes. The cuisine offerings include a multi-course set menu with numerous options and featured dishes. My favourites include the Wang steak, truffle filet mignon, dragon cod, French wine lamb chops, Caesar salad, black caviar, emerald pumpkin soup, mushroom soup, pastry seafood soup, and the desserts, especially the hot chocolate lava and green apple mousse. For drinks, I like the peach liqueur, Chanson rose water and kumquat lemon juice. The servers are very helpful in making menu selections. The service attentiveness and friendliness levels are great. Although the restaurant was full and a lineup of people waiting to get in, our meals came as ordered/expected and on a timely basis. Reservations are recommended as this place often has a lineup of people waiting . . . which is a sign the patrons love the overall dining experience.Pre-meal breads were great as was the value for the money. We enjoyed our entire meal.

This place is becoming the new Gyspsys, since the demise of the best international eating house in southern China. They serve up excellent Western and international meals in good serves, with well balanced meals and a good selection on the menu from Fish, steaks, seafood, soups.They recently added a house special of a Flaming Seafood feast which is spectacularly served to your table in a blazing 'Shovel' full of mixed seafood. This is worth a try if you have 2 or more at your table. They serve a small and a large so the small can act as entre/ starter for 4-6 punters allow g indivual main course selection The large size, will fill the tabke and is served up on a large banana leaf. Comes in 3 flavours. The drinks list is good and house wines very pleasing without blowing your budget. Well done. Located around to the left when you go into SeaWorld Square from the Metro.

Great steaks and lobster.we have visited this restaurant twice during our stay in Shenzhen.the 1kg steak we shared is great and same level as fine American steak with deep taste and cooked very goodthe foie gras was great as well!on the first diner we had at this restiranti ate great meat plate with lobster, its was very good as well.only issue with this place is the price, the price is the same as in fine restaurants in NY or London. but the food is high level with good products

I usually trust TripAdvisor reviews but this time I was very disappointed.So I'll be objective here : The bus yogurt at 118 rmb (excluding the 10% service charge to add to it) came with 3 poor pieces of meat, totally less than 150g (of meat but lots of bread) I'd say. The cheese platter that I ordered contained old items: the parmesan very tough, chewy processed cheese and no blue cheese as advertised on the picture. When I complained to the manager, he seemed not to care much unfortunately Price is high, offset by a nice marketing work (celebrities /famous persons being there) Location is definitely great as it's a main area to hang out for bars, drinks but I wouldn't pick this restaurant for Turkish food

I needed to find a nice place to celebrate me and my girlfriend's anniversary and chose to try the Grange because a couple friends recommended it. I procrastinated on choosing a location for the evening and booked the reservation earlier the same day, and luckily they were still able to get us a great table by the window with a spectacular view overlooking the Window of the World theme park.When we arrived we were surprised by the heart of roses decorating the table that had been prepared for our special occasion.The steak was top quality and our server was excellent. Quick to take care of all of our needs and everything was delicious from the appetizers to the dessert. I will definitely go back!Dear Rostinpowers, Warm greetings from The Westin Shenzhen Nanshan!
