We had a really good Schnitzel and Weissbier here and they are very reasonably priced. The kitchen is open until late, so if you are arriving in Hannover late at night it is a very good place to stop.

The setting is nice. They are friendly. German efficiency in attention and service. Not cheap but for downtown acceptable. However, the beef is terrible. My Ribeye was chewy (I requested medium rare) and not tasty at all. Needs a steak sauce. Like deep frozen walking dead. No idea why people review this place among the Hanoverâs best.

Became a regular when in town... I appreciate the consistent high quality of the food, especially the meat. They offer different cuts and, if you wish, customized weight. Always something different on the menu to try. Shout out to Conrad and Melissa: really friendly and professional service(!)- yet casual atmosphere with a mixed business/leisure/visiting mostly local crowd. Modern and inviting ambiance. Learned to call ahead and make a reservation.

Haten Hunger auf griechisches Essen, also bei Kreta angerufen und man meinte ca 15 Minuten, was gut u akzeptabel war. Restaurant war gut gefüllt, für mich ein Zeichen von Qualität. Leider war mein Gyrosteller ohne Pommes (nur Reis) und Zaziki, für mich ein NoGo. Kindergyrosteller hatte allerdings Pommes aber sehr wenig Fleisch,Dafür aber stolze Preise. Alles in allem nur bedingt empfehlenswert.

Like meat; go here! We had dinner here while on business trip. Nice place - simple but effective interior. Menu is mainly based around meat (no brainer looking at the name). The bar is a sight to be seen.You either order straight from the menu (burgers etc), of they prepare a specific lump of various meats. As we had a long day we took a big sized Tomahawk prepared to share. Came well prepared, and cut ready to eat. Great proposition as a restaurant in a nice street. You do need to order sides.Paired it with a solid red wine and we had a great dinner. Not cheap but that was to be expected for 750+grams of meat and wines. Worth the money though, also because of the nice staff.Recommended!Thanks a lot, Brian! We loved having you as our guest and serving you one of our prime steaks, the tomahawk. Been there 3 consecutive evenings during a business trip. The ambiance is really good, the service of 1st class and the meat.... well, if I've been there 3 consecutive times, you can immagine that I REALLY enjoyed it. The hamburger was one of the best that I've ever eaten (and I've eaten many really good hamburgers during my trips in the USA...), with the correct "brioche bun" and sweet carolina fries, not easy to be found. The "rumpsteak" of 1st quality, really worth the price. This group of young guys is working well, VERY well.
