We have always enjoyed our meals at this particular location. Their steaks and chicken tenders are the bomb! Also good are the dinner salads with their own Ranch Dressing. Most of the servers we've had are very attentive, keeping our drinks refilled and asking if our meals are ok.

We have been going to this restaurant on our drive from Baltimore to Sarasota. The ambiance is rustic and busy. The service is fantastic. All of the servers are friendly and professional. I ordered the 12 oz. ribeye and it came out exactly as ordered, burnt on the outside and rare inside smothered with mushrooms. It was delicious. The restaurant appears to be well managed and runs very smoothly. This is the place to go for a moderately priced class A meal.

Logan's Roadhouse

I usually love Logan's Roadhouse and was going there for a very long time. But that all changed when we were bustled inside the door and pushed into some tall chairs. We were promised a booth, but the black haired heavy set guy there acted like we were second class. The service that day was very bad also and I hope everyone reading this will think twice before eating at this overpriced joint. I tried to write a review before but I guess the manager hid or blocked it. There are plenty of other places that love my business to worry about this experience. And they never apologized or offered anything to make up for their crappy service.

A few years back we had several not-so-great experiences and didn't go for quite a while. However, we went New Year's Eve and were rewarded with delicious food, outstanding service, and an amazingly calm environment/atmosphere! We were delighted. Our server, Hannah, was fantastic. Kept a check on us without being invasive. The music could be heard but was at a level so you could still talk at the table (desirable). Our steak was cooked medium (as requested) tender, seasoned well, the salad was fresh tasting...over all, just a perfect experience.

Fuji Japan Sushi & Japanese Steakhouse

Reviewed By NCBluesy

We had an odd experience with service on Christmas Day at Fuji Japan. It began when we followed an individual into what we later discovered was the more casual, short-order side of the restaurant, which has a separate section for sit-down dining. We ordered our food from the casual side and walked over to the other section to sit down and eat, not realizing we were apparently flouting their rules. The waitress in that section waited on several people but absolutely pretended that we did not exist. She totally and completely ignored us, but giggled about us behind the counter with another member of the staff. We had no silverware or napkins or anything and nothing of the sort was offered, so we walked back over to the casual side, retrieved those items and then went back and sat down. All the while, the waitress pretended we were not there. She would walk right past our table with no eye contact as if we were not there at all.As we ended our meal, I purposefully waited until the waitress was right beside our table and I said loudly to my husband, "It's a shame she didn't wait on us, because we're such good tippers. And we would have given an even better tip on Christmas Day." We then rose and started to leave. As we were walking out, suddenly the same waitress became very solicitous, offering help and a nice holiday greeting. It was WAY too late for that tip, though. The food was very good and quick, but the two-restaurant set up they have going is confusing at best. If customers make a faux pas, they should at least explain the rules before pulling the ignore routine. Even though the food was good, I'm not sure we will ever return because of the odd experience we had.
