The restaurant was very quiet even with few customers. Kitchen got our order wrong after waiting over 30 minutes for salad entrees. Many kitchen staff members were hanging out in dining room. Our server was very pleasant but not around when we needed check. Will not likely be back anytime soon.Dear Susan,Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention. Food was mediocre, not warm, and several members in our group had to wait 10 minutes for their entree to arrive after everyone else had received their food. Plus, for spending several thousands on a dinner, I expect there to be toilet paper in the bathroom. My prediction? This establishment goes under within several months. We were very surprised they no longer have valet parking either. Thank you for your candor. I'm disappointed to know that your recent Ruth's Chris experience fell short of your expectations. Started off well. Kind service... the it took 20 min just for the appetizers. Main courses arrived after too long. Some mistakes made With steak cooking level but that was really ok. Then desserts came again after too long while not being able to speak to anyone as no one approached our table for 20 min or so. Manager compensated us even without asking which showed the place is indeed genuine on wishing to be at the top and not accepting this level of service. We will come back as eventually the food was good and the place is really nice. Hoping next time they will get 5 stars...

My son and his new bride just had their wedding reception at Ray's not two weeks ago. 35 guests in the Wine Jordan Room, with a private patio. Kelsey, the banquet coordinator, was a pleasure to work with and pulled everything together for us so beautifully! The food was delicious- from appetizers to dessert. Caleb and all our other servers were efficient and cordial to our international group of family and friends. We would all highly recommend Ray's to anyone planning an event!

Cabernet is a triple threat restaurant replete with Steaks, Cocktails, and Cigars. Before anyone stops reading because you generally do not want to eat in a restaurant where smoking is allowed please know the Cigar Bar is closed off from the main restaurant seating area. Additionally, great care is taken to ensure the smell of cigar smoke does not enter the main restaurant.The menu is excellent, the service matches it, and if you want a good cigar afterwards, then either dine in the Cigar Bar, or just walk a few feet within the restaurant to go in. I heartily recommend the filet, medium rare, and treat yourself to your server's suggested sides - it's all good. Cocktail? Vodka martini, dirty, 3 olives. The cigar? You're on your own. Enjoy!Conveniently located just off GA 400 on Windward Parkway (west of 400), Cabernet is a top notch steakhouse and a good spot to spend a couple of hours, or more, enjoying great food, good drinks, and of couse, that good stick.

Always a favorite place. Service is excellent and what I would expect from a place like this though still relaxed while professional. Steaks are the main event here for sure.
