Starters were average and the meat should have been much tastier for what the place advertises to be. There were not enough waiters so the service was way too slow, especially when it came to cleaning the table. Overall, totally overpriced for the quality of food and service provided

Great taverna and really gentle owner, I was staying in the Parnis Palace with friends and family and we eat in O Kostas for 3 days in a row, sunday they has also a full lamb and kokoretsi!!Tasty lucanico, great bifteki, everything nice, we drunk liters and liters of white wine as well, honest prices!

We joined family members who know the place for a Saturday evening dinner. As we arrived the place had started to fill and by the time we finished dinner it was fully packed.We shared a number of appetizers:marinated salad, spanakopita, eggplants and fried zucchini which were well prepared and delicious. Our main dish consisted of four orders of grilled veal steak (a house specialty) with roasted potatoes. The portions were generous and more than ample for our party of five. The veal was tender and juicy and the potatoes cooked just right. The house white wine was a great accompaniment. The house offered complimentary watermelon and a generous portion of cake.Service was impeccable in spite of the large crowd and the final tab was most reasonable.It was for us a pleasant surprise to discover at the end of the meal that the owner spoke an excellent English having been born and raised in Toronto, Canada before moving to Greece.This is a definite must return establishment.

It is the best grill in the area. The quality of the food is excellent. Souvlaki with "gyros" , fresh potatoes, and "exochiko" ( pork with cheese and tomato) . Also very good wine and good variety of beers. The prices are very value for money and the staff very polite.

A really tasty and decent proposal. Famous for brizolakia (steaks) it now serves some other plates like biftekia & loukanika & pies (Makaronopita & Spanakopita) Atmosphere has nothing interesting to boast about, yet service is nice and fast. The whole place operates as in a production line, where every employee works on their posts end do not crash during busy hours.

The food is very good, try the slow cooked pork and the Ag.Merkourios salad. The most surprising thing about this taverna though is even on a busy Sunday the service is fast, the food quality does not slip and they actually enforce the non smoking policy. Adding to this, the view is stunning and there are great woodland walks starting from the taverna.
