The borough is located in the eastern most region of the Lehigh Valley.

Locals will know this as the former Stewarts, and boy, no dog from Stewarts holds a candle to the great food from Memo's. Front and center is the barbecue ribs, chicken and brisket, seasoned on their own, they're great, but Memo's does a homemade bbq sauce that's out of this world. if you're feeling adventurous, mix it with the serious zing of the chipolte sauce. The sides are all to die for. My fav is the coleslaw, which is odd because usually I avoid, it but this like everything in the place is homemade and delicious. I've also have the fries, beans, rice, and the salad -all of which are standouts over your typical restaurant fare.Can we talk about the salads? I cringe every time I go into a typical diner and face a side salad of iceberg sitting in a puddle of water. Memo's salads are all fantastic, made from mixed greens with enough of the other accompaniments. It is absolutely okay to go into this bbq joint and order a one of the entree salads. The shell on the taco salad is fried to order and I've had it more than once.I can also highly recommend the burgers, paninis and cheese steaks. Memo knows how to cook and there isn't anything on that menu that he doesn't do well. The apninis and round roll sandwiches often feature the bbq items, but don't pass up the Cuban panini if you're feeling inclined. If you stop by on a cold day, the soups are homemade and delicious. My mom stopped by all winter to buy the awesome potato soup. And if that isn't enough, the appetizer menu is also worth your time. I've had the fried empanadas, bacon cheese fries and the grilled garlic shrimp and would recommend them all.The seating area is small but plenty of space for a family meal. The place is also very clean. That being said, they know how to pack up take out. I can't count the number of times we've ordered the bbq family meals with rice and coleslaw.

This place just opened recently and I have been there 5 times already. Thee is a lot of meat in the Empanada. They are Delicious!!!

We went with two other couples. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. All of us (6) were disappointed with the food. The Green Sauce was very watery and Tasteless. We will not be coming back and do not recommend this restaurant.
