This restaurant is close to the centre but tucked in the side streets, non pretentious, warm, feels like home and serves great food! We ordered the "meal": starter, main course, glass of red wine for 100 pesos. The empanadas con carne were delicious, and the lamb was tender with a sweet berry sauce. We sinned and ordered the crepe for dessert, our bellies were full of delight.A night before we ate at a 2nd rated restaurant on trip advisor and I can tell you the food was not much better and double the price.Hernon, the owner, who moved to San Martin from Buenos Aires opened this local restaurant one year ago, after working in the field for years. He's generous, pleasant and speaks English. We felt like we were part of his extended family and received a warm hug before we left. I strongly recommend you experience the local side of San Martin by going to Rancho Aparte Restoran.

Es un lugar entiendo que relativamente nuevo, en donde encuentras productos regionales, asi como muy buena comida y buena música que acompaña y ambienta el lugar.

Las picadas son abundantes, espectaculares en su presentación y sabor. La atención de los chicos no puede ser mejor. Te asesoran en todo lo que quieras porque además tienen vinos y cervezas artesanales, chocolates y snacks. Las picadas son preparadas especialmente para quien la pide, con lo cual si es un fin de semana hay que pedirla con anticipación. Para probar y repetir!!!
