Excellent restaurant in Matadepera in the village's center, awsome quality-price relationship. An accurate service in an old house with high quality food and a complete menu, also in wines. 100% recomendable to eat something good and fast if you don't want to sit on a table upstairs or to take a drink. People are nice, ambient is comfortable and the owners are servicials and very nice.Thank you very much! Can't wait to see you again.

This is a delicious restaurant with a Michelin star rating which we visit with some regularity. They use local, seasonal ingredients and the lunch menu changes weekly. We really like to try out their dishes because they are fresh and original. The owner and workers are so caring, friendly and welcoming. We always bring our 1 year old and they interact so well with him. We never feel uncomfortable with the fact that we have a baby (which is easy to feel depending on where you go). The only downside is the portion size, it is a bit small for the price but you are really paying for the quality and originality. We usually feel hungry again after a couple hours which is unfortunate after spend 30e on a lunch.

It was the first time we went to Terrassa to see the traditional Catalan spectacle Castells and I got to know this restaurant by tripadvisor the same morning. Turns out to be a great surprise! The restaurant is decorated in a very traditional Spanish way, and the waitors were so nice. We tried surtido de croquetas, rabos deshuesados and patatas, huevo pochado, foie con jamon, and everything was just fantastic. The bull tail is very cooked and tender, and jamon of great quality, while the olives and newly baked hot bread with fresh garlic, tomate, olive oil and salt are so authentic, simple but marvelous. The quality-price ratio is great. The restaurant is far away from the center though, with 30 minutes' walk from Rambla, but totally recommendable.Hola Yi X. I went with a friend for a quick meal at this small but cosy restaurant. Typical Catalan food, very good wine, and wonderful conversation were highlights of this experience. At a very good price, this is a place to go back whenever I get to Terrassa again.

We had the "tastets" menu, which was really very good and included the wine. All for 26 Euros, a reasonable price. The service was friendly and efficient, and not too formal. Overall recommended.

One of the best in Terrassa , the quality of the food and the treatment of the personnel specially the family owners but is is also so crowd and noisy, the kitchen is almost in front of you and the smell of the cooking is mixing in the atmosphere. You have to try it as the food is amazing

New owner so let's give a try, the clams and mussels taste were horrible, disgusting, we explained the waiter and even the owner came to talk to us, at the end they charge us for everything!!! do not go, it is worse ever treatment i have received in a restaurant and this is with brand new owners. Please go to other place. Dear Santi;First of all I want to apologize if you did not feel comfortable last night. Nevertheless, I would improve the service if you had made some constructive criticism, however you has been dedicated to try harm the image of this new business. A little tip: if you expect that the restaurant will not charge you some dish, think first, do not eat it the whole dish and then make complain.

This is a restaurant definitely "worth a detour". I would recommend this fantastic restaurant any day for both private and business purposes. Local produce with a beautiful and elegant Michelin-worthy touch. The food is prime quality, presentation innovative and creative, extensive and atypical wine card and impeccable service. El Celler de Matadepera is a gastronomical restaurant located in Matadepera, a city near Terrassa, in Catalonia. The restaurant is located in an old and reformated building, the place is nice and very beautiful. Also, the owner is a very friendly person, who wants to speak with guests and recommends and explains a lot of things. Really, a very nice person, only for knowing him it'is very recommendable to come here!We go there 3 friends and we decided to taste the menu: 2 starters, 1 fish, 1 meat and 2 desserts. We choose the following dishes: foie (really excellent!), pork hands with artichokes, fish of the day (fantastic!), steak tartar, citriic soup with cocnut ice-cream, and brownie with ice-cream. All were excellent! Also we drank two excellent wines: a white one and a red one. The experience was amazing! I recommend to come to Madatepera (about 30 km far from Barcelona) only to go to this restaurant!. We came here with my child and the owner also was very friendly with her!
