On a day trip to a Knoxville, westopped in Abueloâs for lunch. The chips were very fresh and thetrio of salsas were thick and tasty. My husband got the firecracker shrimp tacos they were very good and came with a great peanut sauce.I got the chili relleno and spinach enchilada both excellent. Also gota drink from the summer menu.The Coco pina-rita, the grilled pineapple put it over the top.

We were driving through Knoxville on Easter Sunday. Most of the places we would typically stop were closed. We decided to give Taco Boy a try and we are so glad we did. The atmosphere is fun and clean. The service was great. The food was so good with very reasonable prices. I highly recommend the Boys Pollo. My family all had enchiladas and said they were great. We will definitely stop here the next time we're driving through Knoxville.

We just moved here from Texas and have been extremely disappointed in the mexican food here. Thankfully we found Rosarito's!! It is awesome, authentic, flavorful Mexican! They have traditional Mexican as well as some semi-texmex and California-Mexican foods. Awesome, awesome, awesome!

The menu is pretty straight forward, and the food is very fresh. We enjoyed our visit so much that I'll give it a high rating, but the level of noise in the store cost them one star. On the day that we were dining, there was a very large staff for the three patrons dining in the restaurant. The music was quite loud, and the staff was even louder. Restaurant was clean and food was great, so we'll definitely return.

La Parrilla Mexican Grill here in Knoxville has great authentic Mexican desserts. We order the cheesecake chimichanga with ice cream takeout on Sunday June 2, 2019 at 4:14pm. My two sons really enjoyed the nacho supreme with grilled chicken, beef and Mexican style beans. Our takeout order was ready in less than 20 minutes, with baked chips and salsa. I also enjoyed the cheesecake chimichanga served with vanilla bean ice cream and whipped cream. One hour after eating our takeout we all had the bubble guts, no more Mexican food this week.
