The first time here was odd; bad service and very good food. Then it got worse every time we went. The service continued to be slow and confused. Items on the menu were served different than described. Wrong drinks delivered and no explanation other than "That's the way we serve it now, it changed a while ago" and "I didn't know we had that beer!" It's hard to even want to go again wondering what the next mistake will be. Maybe the food will be good, maybe it won't, but the service is bad and strangely not justified. Better places in the nearby area that you can count on for consistent food and service!! Stay away from this place.

Great food, great prices, greater service!! Only serve breakfast and lunch. The bathroom was clean and fully stocked with toilet paper, hand soap and paper towels. If your looking for a great place to eat you should stop by. Thank you for the awesome review. Kind of a small place. Parking a little difficult when busy. Overall - everyone enjoyed their food. I had the huevo ranchos with carne adovada. Really good and hash browns were nice and crispy. Carne was good but a little skimpy on the portion size of meat. Overall plate size was good.Again good but not high of list of an immediate revisit.

We tried this place for Thanksgiving and the only good thing was the dessert buffet. The turkey was dry and tasteless. I thought I'd give this place another shot but there are much better places to eat in Bernalillo including Burger King. The service was also bad and they were training a new employee but the person who was giving the training was bad so I'm sure the poor service will continue.Thank you for leaving us your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your Thanksgiving dinner with us was less than satisfactory. We will use your comments to help us improve as we continue to move forward.

My husband and I recently enjoyed fajitas (he had chicken, I had carnitas) fajitas here after a nice salad. I was almost too ful to enjoy the chocolate dessert (chocolate molten lava cake). It's a chain restaurant but does a good job, excellent and friendly staff.Thank you so much for taking the time to send us this feedback. We love hearing about the great fajitas you recently received at our Enchanted Hills Chili's. We will share this feedback with the manager and look forward to your next visit.

A beautiful place, and the view from the patio was stellar. However that is all that was stellar. The food was bland and tasteless , the service non-existent. Had to beg for refills of ice tea . The price a lot for what you get. If it had been for the company, would have left the restaurant. Waiter could not remember who ordered what and had the tickets all mixed up as well.

Table was ready on time. Steaks, lamb, and appetizers were generally excellent. Wine list is extensive. The Pino Griego and Pino Noir were great. The ruby port was served to the very end of the bottle, unfiltered, and the residue made it undrinkable. This is a wine bar with good mixed drinks and limited beer offerings.Great creme brule. Service was enthusiastic, but slow. Our waitress doubled as the bartender, which worked her pretty hard. She did the best she could doing both jobs.The restaurant was out of vanilla ice cream, but offered chocolate ice cream as a replacement. Vanilla is on the menu,chocolate isn't.Highly recommend. This place has been around for awhile, but they're still doing a great job with their menu. We felt they were understaffed, but it was a holiday weekend, so who knows. Great views, good food. Enjoy and don't rush your visit.Thank you for spending an evening at Prairie Star and taking time to leave your valuable comments. I have shared your feedback with the staff, and they will definitely use the ruby port issue as an educational opportunity. Our apologies that it marred an otherwise enjoyable dinner. Been here twice. This review is from my December visit. quaint hole in the wall place. Food is perfect for the venue. Not fancy. Not plain. They warn you the their version of green chili is hot, and it is warmer than most.This restaurant exemplifies what a family restaurant in New Mexico should be. I have found none better.

The main cafe was undergoing renovations so the hotel converted the Corn Maiden menu to support both regular fine dining customers plus regular fare found in the main cafe. In this case the retaurant offered a terrific limited version of its dinner buffet. We enjoyed it tremendously. The service was excellent and all features on the dinner buffet were stellar. We love coming here!

We moved into the area in May and a few days later, went to eat at this establishment. As soon as ww walked in, we were greeted and taken to our table. My wife ordered a salad which she said was the best and I went with the fish and chips. It was so good we go back as often as possible and it just gets better. Staff is the best!
