Right across the street from Donegal Castle. So after hiking the stairs in the castle we were hungry and thirsty. It was around 2:30 pm, but they were still crowded. Waitress was a bit gruff (maybe she was having a bad day), but food and drink came quickly and was very good. I liked the fish and chips, and the drinks were cold. It is a charming place, the decor is interesting. Good spot for lunch

We had a great view of Donegal Bay from our window seats. The food was fabulous and we had to take half with us...huge portions. Ate here last week. Really fancied something light given the hot weather. This place didn't disappoint. I went for the Greek salad and added some chicken. It was delicious and so big i couldn't finish it. Staff are attentive and friendly. Place is very clean and offers a good varied menu. I'll definitely be back.
