This is probably the best restaurant weâve eaten at during our two weeks in Greece. We are always looking for fresh fish and this beautiful restaurant right on the water in downtown Corinth is perfect! Very very reasonable prices for many different species of fish taken right out of the Corinthian Bay. Excellent service to boot! itâs a must go for seafood lovers.

The place is easy to miss as it is not directly on the promenade of the city, as many other restaurants. However, if you deviate slightly from the promenade you will be more than compensated by the excellent quality food offered by "Palia Istoria". The appetizers we had ("greens" and "fava") were very delicious as was the fresh fish. The owner is a very pleasant and kind person who guided us very helpfully through the options. A must go if you happen to be around!

The food is indeed delicious at this restaurant and is served quite fast. It is important to say that staff is really professional and careful, makes you feel at home:) And of course the location, right next to the sea, is absolutely fantastic, be it for a dinner or a lunch! Going for lunch with my local friends I trust them to take me to the nicest place aroundSo.. it is local cuisine, family food, spiced with moms heart, right on the beach line, beautiful old fashioned setting, and reasonable price. We visited two times this restaurant recently for dinner. Everything was good. In the menu they stated which sea food is frozen. Salads and dips are tasty. You have to eat fish here (go inside and make your own choise), and pasta with shrimps.First time the bill was printed, but the second was written with Greece letters, completely uncleared and the amount was exactly EUR 90! Strange, isn't it.

This is a restaurant in front of the see with very tasty and healthy food. We went two times as we really liked the quality and quantity. Price is around 10E/person. I had one of the best Imam baildi ever and the plate spicy pork with rice and yoghurt was excellent. The desert was nice also.

We had a plate of boiled veggies which was perfect, they use top quality olive oil. Then an eggplant salad that was delicious. A potato based garlic sauce [skordalia] that was flavorful enough for young maiden, I had to ask them to add a real amount of garlic to justify its name. Grilled sardines were very fresh, but overcooked. Very friendly lady serving, and the house wines were good. The bill was just 21 euros. Great value.

On our quest for a seafood restaurant that is by the sea and serves something more than just fried calamari we came across this local all weather establishment which offers sophisticated Greek seafood dishes with local ingredients. Shrimps Valenthiana the smoked salmon pate and the everything in the antipasti section were a delightful surprise.With fair pricea and quick to their feet waiting staff I can't wait to visit them once again.
