Had Dinner here on our first night in Santa Maria di Leuca. Again a group of nine of us. Again we had a tasting of all of the anti-pasta dishes, the food just kept coming and coming. Nothing wasted, everything was delicious. then we chose our own main courses.Everybody enjoyed what they had ordered. Really good atmosphere, great food and wine.

This is a ten minutes walk from the marina, and don't follow the crowd, go the opposite way (to the right). Not quite easy to find, but use your navigator or your feeling.For a starter I recommend Insalata Tiepida di Mare (10 euro). I've also tried Spedino di Gamberi alla Palermitana (10 euro), but it's not as good...The wine that was recommended by the waiter was just excellent for a warm summer night (you can see it on the photo).For the main dish I had Entrecôte o Filetto Nazionale, medium-raw, which turned out to be just great (18 euro).So, try it out, and say hello to the cat )))

It took more than an hour to get a main course. Half of the table got their food 20 minutes after the other half. The food in principle is good, but the service is very slow (although courteous). Average

I was delighted to discover this place, and enjoying it on a mild late june summer night was a perfect match . Ivano the owner is simply a showmaster and his service is one of those hard to forget . In the kitchen his wife is making sure that only the best get on the tables. Tables are all enjoying open view of the sea and placed on a nice wooden structure, elegantly dressed and with proper distance. Food or Fish (with F in capital letter) is just marvellours, they try to keep the taste as pure as they can They are strongly supporter of local ingredients and most of the delicacies here served are outsourced from family's garden ( their salad is simply out of this world ) and their icecream that you shall then create with the various toppings served is an experience of pleasure Puglia should thank personalities as Ivano, those are finally bringing also to this part of the country the right approach to serve fish without killing it with overcooking Not everything is perfect (wine list can be improved) but this is part of its beauty , and I am sure he will turn things better and better as he really loves what he is doing and you will feel it at first bite . His passion for the restaurant is just uniqueGreat job .

Fabulous food, just donât forget to take a phrase book if youâre Italian is a bit rusty. Homemade pastas were delicious- especially the lasagne with tiny veal meatballs. Fresh grilled fish perfect and save space for ice creams. First time I can remember a waitress recommending a wine cheaper than the one we had selected. Muchas gracias. Thank

Weâve had some great food in this restaurant, prawn tartar, scorfano pasta and some more... Weâve been twice in 2 days.Truly great place and a lot of care and attention is given to the food, which Iâve realised itâs not necessarily the case for a few restaurants in Leuca.

Overlooking one of the stunning bays this multi terraced restaurant produces sublime food. We were delighted with the nighttime views over the bay and waterfall in the garden. This did prepare us for this simply stunning service and a truly gifted chef whose presentation and adherence to the finest and freshest regional produce bore no compromises. Delightful and light gnocchi, crudo di mare, swordfish, orata, spaghetti vongole all but polished us off by finishing with a delicate creme brûlée What magical food. All this accompanied by some great primotivo not on the wine list. When I explained I prefer red wine they happily found a deeply structured wine from Solento.

We enjoyed the setting of the Restaurant, but the food was 'just ok'. Service was a little slow but they had a large party they were attending too and our waiter didn't speak much English and our attempts at Italian were shameful:-) Overall, it was pleasurable.Thank you for choosing and reviewing our restaurant, surely your visit will have happened at a time when we were full.See you soon

New restaurant with passionated owners, Simpel great food. Both of our pizza's where great, nothing extraordinary but just really good food.We where a bit sceptic about the 2 terrible reviews, maybe it's because of the start of the restaurant.. Or because of the reviewers... But I can tell you this we definitely did not regret giving this place a chance!Our pizza's where priced about an average of 8 euro while where sitting directly at the sea.They had a various crafted beer menu, definitely worth checking out.
