The fish they sell both fresh and smoked is great to eat. Their takeouts are very good and a good solid portions are given with every order.

We love Red Lobster but find it a little pricey for our budget. This is the second time we decided to have a late lunch so we can enjoy this fine restaurant. We both had a great "dinner" with salads and their delicious cheesy biscuits. Portion sizes were somewhat smaller than the dinner size, but that works for us as the dinner sizes are way too much food anyway. For just over $20 plus tip, we were very satisfied. We will definitely return.

It was our first night on our Xmas shopping trip to Saginaw, and it was late. We didn't want to take time to go to one of the many finer restaurants available, but weren't looking for a fast-food burger, either. We settled on LJS, and although it is 'fast food', it was hot, fresh, and good, We didn't end up 'walking the plank' at Long John Silver's - but we did bury the treasure, so to speak. If you want good fish; fast, set sail for Long John Silvers in Saginaw. It was our 'catch of the day'.
