Abbiamo prenotato qualche settimana fa per una cena di coppia ma... nonostante avessero accettato la prenotazione tramite T.F. abbiamo trovato il locale chiuso. Ci abbiamo riprovato dopo una decina di giorni e... ancora chiuso! potevano anche avvisare invece di accettare le prenotazioni... fare km per nulla non fa molto piacere!

Almost a year has past, but our little family's memory of dining at Ensama lives on strong! Chef Sabino and his talented team served us one of the finest meals we've ever had - ever - anywhere! Every course was unique and artfully presented, emphasizing the flavor of the fish or seafood and not other accoutrements. We never placed an order, but rather sat back and enjoyed every one of about 8 courses. Chef Sabino is not only talented and gracious, but his background and credentials are extremely impressive. The location of the restaurant seems off the beaten path, but likely within 15 minutes of most anywhere you are in the Bologna area. We had dinner twice in this restaurant about 2 weeks ago. Food was delicious and service was friendly and warm. This restaurant has been recommended by La Budriola and it was definitely worth a visit. We enjoyed it from the beginning till the end! Pizza, pasta, fish. Good primi, super secondi! A restaurant we highly recommend in the region. We'll go back for sure! Thanks for the hospitality!

Veniamo in questo ristorante in centro dopo aver letto le ottime recensioni. Le aspettative erano altissime e possiamo dire di non essere state disattese anzi siamo usciti ancora più entusiasti. Location nuova e carina. Personale gentilissimo ma soprattutto molto professionale e preparato sia sulla parte culinaria che sulla carta dei vini proponendo abbinamenti interessanti anche ai meno esperti come noi. La cucina è un trionfo di sapori abbinata a un utilizzo di tecniche di cucina diverse da non far invidia a ristoranti più affermati e blasonati. Ottimo anche lâimpiattamento. Rapporto qualità /prezzo assolutamente ottimo. STRA-CONSIGLIATO.

One of the best sushi restaurants in Italy... I am a picky one and, believe me, this place is definitely worth a try! They are chinese but the sushi is just perfect, sashimi is abundant and extremely fresh and tempura, crunchy and pretty dry, is good as well.... Didn't try any dessert but I am planning to go back to Izusen for another try!
