Kyozushi is without a doubt my favorite restaurant in Japan. The menu offers an assortment of delicious Japanese comfort food like salads, gyoza, tempura, etc. but of course sushi is their best dish. The wide variety of seafood is always fresh, and their sushi is made artfully by the skilled and humorous chef. I recommend sitting at the counter so you can observe the process and crack a few jokes with the staff - who love to practice English! The food is outstanding, atmosphere is warm, prices are reasonable, and you'll leave feeling like part of the family - I can't recommend this place enough!
