We were here for the second time in the new renovated restaurant and it was even better than ever before. The "antipasta" guanciale served with "rucola" and " salvia"Also the " primo" was nice . As " secondo""filetti di vitello" really you can not eat it better in an other place. Because it was 1 november the restaurant served (and offers) a special " dolce" with sweet tagliatelle. Thanks for everything and the perfect service. A suggestion: some " tende" at the windows .It looks warmer and more acoustic.

Ristorante Da Angelo hosted my husband and I to sample our wedding menu whilst we made final arrangements for our event to be catered off-site by their partner business Angelo Ricevimenti.Tonino and Emi were our hosts. The food was absolutely exquisite! As was the service.We started with a glass of prosecco on the the terrace, a beautiful sunny spot overlooking the garden, stream and woods.Inside the restaurant we ate an 8 course meal featuring the highlights of Umbrian cuisine. Including Stringozzi served with black truffle, Sagrantino wine infused risotto, Chianina filet served with rosemary pesto and Colfiorito potato purée. They even served a mini mock up of our mille feuille and forest fruit wedding cake. Every dish was bursting with flavour, whilst the quantity of food was just right considering the number of courses.The presentation, attention to detail, food flavour and quality were excellent. The service was discreet and impeccable.Do yourself a favour and go out of your way to dine here, you won't be disappointed!thank you, reading your beautiful words is a real pleasure! Simply amazing. I'm always a little leery of "fine dining" restaurants when I'm abroad but this restaurant was exceptional. The service was attentive but not overbearing and the food was delicious. Extremely fresh and yet not over-seasoned. The beauty of each ingredient shown through. It's not cheap but I've paid more for worse meals. It's worth every penny.
