Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes kleines Restaurant mit sehr freundlichem und aufmerksamen Service. Die Qualität der Speisen und Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Leider war der Pizzaofen bei unserem Besuch nicht in Betrieb und ich hoffe, dass dies nur eine Ausnahme war und wir bei unserem nächsten Besuch auch eine Steinofenpizza geniessen können.

Finding an open restaurant in Blomberg on Monday evening was not easy. As it was a rather long way to walk we tried to check the menu on internet. But only found traces on facebook that we not are members of and never will be. But as the choice was between waiting for a seat in a foul-smelling Italian restaurant near the hotel or dinner in an ice-cream parlour we accepted the walk. (we went back to for ice-creams) and the walk made us even more hungry. With some help we found the Adria restaurant and were seated. After some waiting time we got a menu. The restaurant is rather small but didnât feel cramped and it is very clean. Friendly staff, good beer, hearty and well prepared food of large portions followed by a shot of Slivovits and a free shot of something sweet made it a good dinner experience.

Das Hotel-Restaurant ist zwar modernisiert worden und das Essen ist gut aber im groÃen und Ganzen ist es doch sehr altbacken.Ich kann das Haus zwar weiter empfehlen aber es gibt bessere Hotels. Auch sollte man Zimmer nach hinten raus nehmen, die zur StraÃe sind dann morgens doch sehr laut.

One for a bit of variety if you are in Holzminden and don't want local cuisine. Good friendly service and unobtrusive ambiance. Food is neither authentic or particularly distinctive but good value.
