I thought that I would try this fish & chip restaurant with my granddaughters. The childrenâs menu did not include battered sausage and chips. However they were helpful to provide a large battered sausage with chips, cutting the sausage in half.The big disappointment for me is that although we were eating in the restaurant, all of our meals (including my cod & Chips) was served in polystyrene containers. This is not good for the environment. We would have preferred our meals to be served on plates and thereby being better for the environment.I hope that this restaurant will take heed of my comments. I think that most customers would agree with my comments.

We picked up a 10% off voucher for here from our holiday park, if you get one don't bother it is a horrible place. The lady working there on Thursday 7th August was VERY rude. I asked her to put just salt on my sons nuggets and chips (he has ASD and is a very picky eater so it has to be right so he will eat) no other chip shop has ever had a problem with this but my goodness it was such a hassle to her. The chips were not very nice at all, we left most of them and ended up popping to Tesco for something to feed the children later. When we left the chippy I thanked the person who served us and she didn't make any comment. One of my sons was with me and said "mum why was she so rude" so even an 11 year old picked up on it. My advice would be to go to Lindens near the Picturedome / train station, excellent friendly service and quality food.

From booking with Mark this morning to being looked after when we arrived by lovely Lauren what a great experience. 8 of us sitting outside overlooking the sparkling sea....what could be better. Well great, friendly and efficient service. Superb food. The roast dinners were the best weâve had away from home and excellent value. Beautifully presented ....the chef clearly cares what people think ...The rest of the menu looked good too. A lovely location, with great food and service, felt like being on holiday. Thank you for a fabulous lunch ....we will definitely be back soon. Thank you so much for your review. It was great coming out and talking to you on Sunday. Great Service, Good Food and a Clean environment.This is the second time that we've visited the Fish & Chip Restaurant at Butlins and it's still of high quality.There is a difference in Menu from the outside to inside once seated, which seems petty, but worth clarifying...⦠Wife is a Vegetarian, which isn't an issue going by the menu on the door, but the ones printed for the tables differ for anything cooked in oil. Asked the manager and it seems that they are generic menus printed for all branches and the Bognor branch does use a separate fryer for chips and all of the vegetarian options. Fair prices for drinks consistent with other outlets on the park.Will return again next year!

We are so lucky to have this place on our doorstep. Recently refurbished it still produces the best Fish and Chips in the Bognor area. The batter is wonderfully light and crispy and the chips brilliant. A must for a Friday.
