We didn't know what to expect. The restaurant looked like a litle pub. And there were a large table occupied ba a large group of people. But they manage to make a table for me and my family, and my friends.We tried the "all you can eat tapas" And my friends are from Spain. Again we tought this was not going to be a great experience. But you can tell the vaitor what you want in the tapas...Man, we where wrong.Only one vitor, but he manage to serve all the guest in the restaurant. And the food was really good. And to the end we had to stop the vaitor bringing us more food, because everyone was stuffed.Great experience. And we be back for sure, if we are in Wilnis again :)

After seeing on Google Maps that we would be stuck in a traffic jam for an hour on our way to the South of Holland, we decided to instead turn off in Breukelen and have dinner and try our luck on the highway after dinner. We passed the Taverne on the way in and it looked really nice so we decided to eat there. The menu is extensive and not too expensive. The boys had spare ribs (which are all you can eat) and I had carpaccio xxl which was massive. We all were completely satisfied with our meals and would return again. Friendly staff, clean bathrooms and lovely ambience.

Best pizza I have ever had! Pasta specials are equally delicious. Family friendly and a nice outdoor terrace. We were visiting from Canada stayed in the village for 5 days and ate here for 3 of them. Thanks Cynthia for your wonderful hospitality!

We had a leisurely stop in Loenen aan de Vecht, a nice old town, ideal to walk around and get lost in the townâs history. We took a lunch at the restaurant. Sitting inside cosy at a little table, we ordered truffle croquettes, Angus burger with home made fries with the skin and truffle mayonnaise. Served on a wooden plate with old newspaper, it is warm and delicious. A must stop over for a little gourmet treat
