Stopped off at this restaurant whilst skiing as it was busy and that is always a good sign. Sat down got spotted straight away by a couple of waiters / Waitresses. Had a look at the menu waited and waited. After 20 minutes and various members of staff trying not to look at us I stood up and went directly over to a waitress and started to speak to her asking if we could order. She just plain blanked me and ran away, the waiter who was standing next to her made an equally swift exit when he saw how amazed I was by her reaction. At this point I went back over to my wife and we left.

Excellent food and friendly staff make this a great pit stop... happy hour is a must 3.30-4.30 with a fun atmosphere everyday and was our last pit stop before heading back down the mountain most days.

We discovered this newly built restaurant-bar at the top of the cable car on our last day, which was a real shame as it was amazing.Very modern, beautiful building with stunning views over the mountains.Service was top notch, friendly and they made lots of time for you, unlike some of the staff in very busy mountainside restaurant stops.Food too was great and the smell when you came out of the cable car station was enough to make you hungry!Highly recommend. Looks great for parties too.

This is a must go too âbucket listâ venue for dinner. Yes, the apres ski party is lively early evening but the management close the Restaurant from 6pm and make it nice and cosy for dinner at 7:30 and wow what a dinner experience. Book early.

...than this is the right place to come. I would not necessarily make it all the way out there for the food (which varies from Asian!!, crepe bar and traditional Austrian). You have to get your own food inside and wait a long time when it is busy. The food is below average and definitely not comparable with other restaurants on the slopes that you find plenty of around the area. BUT if you like a party scene, apes ski or just stop for a drink and enjoy the outside and party music - than this is the right place for you.

We had good food and drinks lunchtime. Goulash soup and a large diet coke is 9 euro. Sat with large ski group and served very quickly.

The Crazy Deer, a cellar pub, was recommended to us by our Rep as having great live music. The night we went the music had been cancelled but just as well for us, we couldnât have stayed anyhow as the smell of cigarettes was horrendous. Weâre used to clean air now in the UK and couldnât bear to sit in a pub stinking of smoke.The barman was very friendly so a place good for smokers.

Just a few metres from the centre of Saalbach and right next to the valley station of the Bernkogelbahn. And ideal spot for a ski-break, Après Ski and dinner in the evening. In the "Soul House" we just love good music. In the afternoon we are celebrating

Had a great lunch followed by a few beers and the some live music. Itâs a good place but maybe lacks a bit of staff cohesion between the various areas. Food is very good but maybe needs just a little bit of visible management. Dear John, thank you very much for your feedback to your visit at Soul House.
