We were tired and hungry after traveling all day, and we were relieved to sit outdoors and relax with a glass (or two) of red before tucking into a huge portion of ribs, salad and fries. The staff confirmed this was sufficient to share and suggested we order an extra salad ....thank you! The ribs were SO good -- tender meat falling off the bone and not overly sauced. We were instantly revived, and felt pleasantly full and mellow by the end of our meal.

Having dinner here is tasty and cosy. You'd call it rather a pub than a restaurant. It looks great form the inside and is located on a great location in Roermond, just next to the river Roer.They serve tasty ribs and pork tenderloin on skewers with peanut sauce. You can have them as 2 seperate dishes, but also as a mixed dish. It's their best seller by far. Prices are quite high.Popular among locals!

De Kantine is an unexpected find in a small town - the quality of the cuisine is truly memorable, and worth going out of one's way for. The atmosphere of this pub is warm and inviting, with traditional touches to the decor in an overall setting that is consistent with up-to-date aesthetics. I much enjoyed the special beers that were on tap at the time of my visit, but the highlight without a doubt was one of the best club sandwiches I have had anywhere in the world. On all fronts - presentation, freshness of ingredients, subtlety of preparation, and clean, crisp constellation of delicious flavors - this sandwich was exceptional. Finally, the service at this establishment is welcoming and attentive, and an important part of a great overall experience. I cannot recommend de Kantine enough, and look forward to returning at the earliest opportunity.

Just a 5min walk away from the outlet center towards the city Burger Enzo offers a menu with numerous burgers and beers. The service was not particularly attentive, but the food made up for it. Iâd come here again.

We went to Café Restaurant Aan de Kirk after reading info in a local magazine. The new owners are cooking everything fresh with the finest ingredients. The menu is not too extensive but the quality exceeded my expectations. Wonderful carpaccio, tasty soup, excellent fries and amazing Angus beef burgers and steaks. Well worth visiting. Weâll definitely go there again.
