It's a regular place for us to visit when on hols as it's an amazing place for a chilled drink in the sun with fantastic views. It dog friendly too so win win! They have a fab live music session on a Friday night too which can be outside in good weather which is perfect for a chilled drink relaxing in the sun! Next time we go we want to have one of their lush looking pizzas, someone on the next table had one which looked delicious plus it was massive & even did half & half toppings! Love the place & it just keeps getting better!!Thank you for your feedback. We are so pleased that you enjoyed your visit with us. We hope to welcome you back again soon!

The best roast I have had when eating out, large portions, fresh vegetables & massive homemade Yorkshire pudding s. The place was spotless. Very friendly and polite staff. The owner was very welcoming & told us him & his wife have been running this lovely pub for 18 months. They certainly have done a amazing job & we can't wait to go back.

Really nice ambience here, staff really friendly, great selection of beers, lagers and wine, great deals on certain meals but a decent regular menu with Specials on ( not the band) we looked forward to eating here every night for our 3 day break, mind you we have been eating here for the past few years, its nice going into the bar after and having a drink and chat with no rowdiness, they can keep that for the other local bars.Thank You, we shall return!

Although autumnal outside a great warmth and buzz welcomed you inside. Good interaction from the bar staff with plenty of choices; really popular with diners, with lamb shanks looking fantastic and pies being good. Entertainment started later with standing room only

Went Thursday evening had a fabulous meal. Myself Sea Bass and the best sea bass I have ever had plus crispy Kal, new potatoes and a fab sauce everything was perfect. My husband had fish and chips and he said the chips were very crispy and the peas were very different. But the main pointer was the staff, Sam the bar manager was so friendly and lovely to be treated with respect and bending down to take our order and talk to us. We enjoyed it so much we went back again Friday. Had nachos with pulled chicken and sour cream and sweet potato fries, wow never had such a huge plate full, but lovely to see the staff remembered us and again we're so polite. Highly recommended

Our second visit to the Falcon Inn did not disappoint As usual the pub was extremely busy and as usual we waited around an hour to get seated and as usual it was well worth the wait.My advice to those out their that dont appreciate good home cooked food and good cask ale who get grumpy if they arent immediately seated and fed "get yourselves to Mc Donalds as this place is not for you" Yes i did reads toms review!How wrong you are Tom!Again i take my hat off to the staff at this busy little pub the only problem with being constantly that busy is STRESS and this team deal with it admirably Well done all at the Falcon and we look forward to seeing you again next year The Applewhites

Went here late season and like everywhere else the crowds had diminished as the kids had gone back to school - excellent!! We didn't eat here as we'd already booked elsewhere but the food we saw at close quarters looked good and smelled great and the portions were generous - we'd have eaten here no problem.Would return again when in Newquay, friendly staff and good atmosphere.

Thank god for trip advisor for helping me find this place. Visited with hubby and my parents (whoâd never been in 30 years of visiting the area) and loved it! I had the fish risotto starter and mixed fish special ...... AMAZING!! Hubby had spring rolls and burger and parents the steak ... everyone walked away with full bellies and smiles on their faces.

We enjoyed a fabulous meal here. Tuesday night is pie night and my husband wasn't disappointed. His steak and ale pie was homemade and stuffed full with steak. I had a mushroom and halloumi ciabatta with salad which was awesome. The chips were recommended and didn't disappoint!! All the staff here are lovely and incredibly welcoming.You won't leave here hungry that's for sure!
