I had the steak. The restaurant was pretty busy and I am not sure why as the food I had was terrible. I would be embarrassed to service a steak that was so tough and unfavorable. It's an easy order that is pretty hard to mess up. I am open to any vegetable but if given a choice will pass on brussels sprouts and got them but can not dock them for that as it is just the luck of the draw and many restaurants seemed to be serving brussel sprouts I noticed. Can't wait till the season changes and we move onto a new vegetable. There just was no excuse for such a horrible steak though. As for the service it was not great either. The server was rough, awkward and had weird body language and came to ask how my meal was as I took my last bite. It is very important especially when serving rare steaks to check back soon. If I could have got any attention I would have most likely sent it back. It was probably good they never came back or even looked my way as I was hungry and not up for the argument so ate what I could and remembered why I never eat here, maybe only every 10-15 years. They had been closed for renovations and I had a gift certificate so was hoping for a new experience. I think a few appy's and drinks might be okay for certain crowds but it is not a nice restaurant for nicer higher end meals of quality. I would put this in the same category as McDonald's except you get better service at McDonald's.Thanks for the review, We will keep trying to improve our food and service.

The food was of very, very poor quality small portions large plate of overprocessed food. My friends chicken look like processed deli sliced chicken, we thought it was a small order of french fries, rather than chicken. I was so discussed and so were my friends. This is a run down dirty pub with sad service and overpriced terrible food. Do not go there.

Came in on a Raptors playoff basketball game night at 4.45pm. Virtually every seat with a reserved sign on it for 5.30. A few seats in the upper area well back. Had a quick beer and out next door which had several TV's, good food and lots of unreserved room.Thanks for taking the time to share your rating. So, I'm local. This is usually a "go to" for me. Beer, service, food all good.....usually. today, totally different story. Ignored upon arrival for a solid 10 minutes, nachos took 45 minutes (not a typo) to arrive and the acknowledgement of a poor experience? $3 off the nachos. I believe they can do better. Or, maybe another of the brew pubs can....try there.

Stopped for beer and bite before hockey game. Surprisingly quiet but not disappointed. Flights if brew were delicious! Hummus plate and soup special were extrodinary. Parking is problematic but a must go spot!

This was the nearest pub to our hotel. It was just what I wanted - a locals pub. We didn't want much to eat having been on the Rocky Mountaineer all day but when I saw the menu I just had to try the Peanut Butter Burger. If you like peanut butter you'll love this. i will be trying to replicate it when I get back to the UK. My wife had the starter of Wam Bam Prawns which she thought were very good. I had a good pint of beer as recommended by our server Elise who was very helpful and friendly towards us. A good evening was had made even better by there being the days Calgary Stampede on the TV.

Great spot to grab a drink or a delicious meal. Menu covers all the bases and the food is good. Close to our hotel across the highway, making it a nice break from "fast food" during our travels.

We came in off the Rocky Mountaineer Train and had just checked into our room and headed to the closest restaurant. It does not look like much on the outside but were pleasently surprised by the welcoming atmosphere and lively crowd. The server was very attentive and helpful in choosing the specialties of the house and choosing a local brew to complement my selction and taste of beer. If they uplifed this resturant to Denver they would become my new watering hole! The owner/manager even stpped by to see how we were doing. Thank You for a great meal.

My daughter recommended this restaurant when we were in Kamloops for her graduation from TRU in June. The food was so delicious - I had the Balsamic Glazed Pork Chop and it was by far the best pork chop I have ever had in my life! Moist, flavourful, exquisite! Family members had Pork Mac & Cheese, Yellowfin Tuna, Chicken Karaage and Kids Mac & Cheese - everyone enjoyed their meal.We live in North Vancouver and I wish there was a Noble Pig here! Will definitely go next time we visit Kamloops.Excellent friendly service by Lindsay - thank you!
