Their lunch sandwiches are better than their pizza slices. The quality is good, and the taste and the general prep are mediocre, and sometimes, above average. The taste is gentle, but, a few of them can be sometimes subtly pleasant. Chicken Bahn Mi sandwich $13 was festive but Road Race (Chicken Avocado) $12 was much smaller and boring. The soft drinks are $3-6, and, for the credit card payment, the cashier guy tore off the receipt and would not give back the transaction receipt. And, when I demanded for my copy, the nasty young cashier guy was annoyed instead of being apologetic and stared at us until we picked up the sandwiches. That attitudes cost them the tip. I love the hard working kitchen guys, I recognize for years, but, the owners tend to hire these inconsistent temp workers at the cashiers. After all, this is the summer business for a quick sweep of cash, I guess.The whole place is crowded with little children beyond control and few supervising parents. Imagine one 20-somthing mom with 8 children, running around the porch. The porch is very noisy and messy with food stains left at the covered porch. Idyllic it may look from the outside, but, it is very compromised unhygienic setting. The parking is limited and the customer's driving pattern is chaotic and often aggressive exiting the site. This is always the mixed bag. Not my destination, but, this is the last chance to grab a quick bite before heading to Gayhead beach. However, I found out , this year, Moshup beach parking lot now sells a cold water bottle at $1 if you wish to avoid this uncontrolled crowd and the overpriced store. I hope the owners of the store step up for the A game just like any other vendors on the island.

The pizza was excellent. I was surprised at how good it was. I ordered a pie to share with my kids and girlfriend. Everyone really liked it. The service wasn't great. They made us feel like they were doing us a favor by serving us. With that said, they were very busy, so I get it, but some smiles go a long way.

We were vacationing on Martha's Vineyard. We decided we needed a snack as we had been on the go all day and sightseeing. We chose Rocco's Pizza and were satisfied with our choice. There were four in the group and all were in agreement that we would try this eatery on future visits.

We really love this place. Nice large slices with a variety of toppings. All fresh and fast. It is great if you need to catch the boat. Reasonably priced too. Which is hard to find on the Vineyard. The staff here is also very friendly. Wish it was open year round.

We ate at the Wolf Den Pizzeria in Edgartown, on the triangle, and something was off with this restaurant. We ordered a chicken parmigiana and an eggplant parmigiana grinder and took it out. The chicken was perfectly cooked but the bread itself was burned. The eggplant was undercooked, watery and bland. The sauce was good. The restaurant has just a few tables lining a hallway like space. Very Friendly staff but there is something amiss as there were so many things not quite right with both of our meals. Probably will not return. The pizza looked good, but we probably will not order pizza from Wolf Den. Maybe it is just growing pains, but we don't want to chance another bad meal.
