Nous sommes allés chez Alice et Jules pour manger ce midi. Nous connaissons le restaurant pour y être venus à plusieurs reprises. Nous nous installons et le serveur explique la nouvelle formule.Maintenant l'entrée et le plat sont à volonté et les desserts à la carte. Avant c'était entrée et dessert à volonté et plat en option. Quelle déception ! Ce qui faisait le charme de ce concept c'etait de pouvoir goûter à différents desserts et les enfants adoraient se servir de la glace italienne et pas que les enfants d'ailleurs. La décision a été vite prise, nous sommes partis et ne reviendrons plus.Bye bye Alice et Jules.

My favorite local creperie being closed for vacation and a taste for Italian brought me to La Toscane, one of three pizza restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the Hotel du Ville (there may be more that I have not yet found). Nice casual atmosphere, traditional thin crust pizza with a wide selection of ingredients and condiments to drop on top. Was pleased with the Salad Nicoise, nice size with fresh seared tuna and anchovies. Did not get the opportunity to try any of the "plats" but La Toscane will be on my list of places to return to for a further look.To boot, turns out the proprietor speaks pretty good English and enjoys the chance to practice it. Enjoy!

Super, bon accueil, bonne pizza, bonne charcuterie, rien à dire, faut y aller sans retenue, attention juste quelques place pour manger sur place, mais ça vaut le coup, bravo

The hosts at this welcoming restaurant couldn't do more to accommodate us - even supplying reading glasses! ! Kids had great bowls of pasta with parmesan on the table to sprinkle liberally. The moules frites menu was just what we were looking for. All 3 versions we tried were exceptional. ..huuuuge moules. Yummy.Interior decor and atmosphere is relaxed and convivial. Brightened our day. Highly recommend.

We ate here as we were staying at the hotel opposite and it was recommend by the reception staff. We also had driven much that day and did not want to go into the centre of town.We were greeted warmly and the service and food was excellent - made fresh to order and delivered with a smile. The house wine was excellent and the bill a pleasant surprise. Happy to recommend

we ate here once but it was actually a very good meal and much better than we expected. none of us had a pizza as we don't like pizza, but the other things on offer were good, and there were some nice cheese and pasta dishes.the staff were very nice and helpful and it was a cheery atmosphere. again we sat down near where the food was prepared and fun watching them throw the pizzas.no complaints at all.

Vous entrez dans la pizzeria et de suite Manu le patron vous accueil avec un large sourire, les mains enfarinées pétrissant un pâton. Les pizzas sont à tomber, confectionnées avec des ingrédients de qualité comme le jambon coupé fin déposé en chiffonnade ou encore le saumon (sans crème pour moi!) salé juste comme il faut pas comme dans certaines pizzerias...

A wonderful Italian restaurant in the harbour area of Saint Nazaire. Without a doubt one of the best Pizzarias I know. The base is superb and the ingredients fresh and delicious. The owners are welcoming and friendly and I will definitely return!
