Mousata (Greek: Μουσάτα) is a village in the municipal unit of Leivatho on the island of Cephalonia, Greece. It is situated between Mount Ainos and the Ionian Sea, at about 200 m elevation. It is 2 km northwest of Vlachata, 4 km east of Peratata and 12 km southeast of Argostoli. The road from Poros to Argostoli passes through the village. Mousata suffered great damage from the 1953 Ionian earthquake.

Visited on our last night and it didnât disappoint. Excellent food and service. Probably one of the best meals we had during our stay on Kefalonia.Prices very very good as well as the location. Make sure you visit this one.

We had walked past the dionysos a few times it looked nice and grandma sat outside always smiled and invited us in so decided to try last night -we werent disappointed staff lovely no waiting served straight away I had vegetarian pizza really lovely and my husband had pork and that was lovely too .we were asked if we wanted dessert and the waitress brought us a serving dish with 6 choices to show what they were .we had a 1litre of white wine a bottle of water 2 mains and a dessert for 31 euros ! Would definitely recommend this family run restaraunt Thank you very much for your, comment, it was a pleasure having you. Hope to see you again next summer

We were delighted dinning there. Food is high quality. All dishes are home made kitchen, all fresh and cooked on the spot. We recommend everyone to try KREATOPITTA and SKORDALIA, they are among the best dishes there together with the BRUSCHETTA.Very friendly people working there, ready to serve you and do their best to keep you happy. A very big plus that all servers speak english.
