We had pizza two nights which was very good. We had meals from the menu which were mediocre.The service on two occasions was slow! To wait over an hour to be served is unacceptable in this day and age. We hadn't ordered anything special ... just normal fare. On one occasion the potatoes were served cold. I asked for them to be reheated. By the time they came back I'd eaten my fish! When asking the waitress why we had to wait so long she was extremely rude and we were told that it was normal to wait over an hour to eat! A disappointing experience.Wir danken für Ihre Bewertung und bedauern es sehr, dass wir Sie nicht in allen Bereichen unserer Ferienanlage begeistern konnten. Das Lob zu unserer Pizzeria haben wir weiter geleitet danke, an diesen beiden Tagen bediente Sie dieselbe Bedienung. Bei Ihrem dritten Restaurantbesuch am Samstag allerdings nicht voraussehbar war, dass eine zweite Bedienung nicht zur Arbeit erschien und eine weitere sich kurz vorher noch krank gemeldet hatte. Leider konnten wir kurzfristig keine Aushilfen mehr finden. Dass das Restaurant immer gut ausgebucht ist spricht eigentlich für unser fleiÃiges Küchenteam. Unsere langjährige, stets freundliche Bedienung war an diesem Abend überfordert und auch die Chefleute konnten mit deren Mithilfe leider nicht alles wettmachen. Panorama Pizza is a nice place to stop when you're in the area. They serve pizza all afternoon and are very accommodating to switch out toppings. The pizza itself had a nice thin crust and was crunchy. The staff was really friendly and although English was limited, they made the effort to make everything as clear as possible.

This place does not look special or appealing! Even inside it is not the restaurant of my choice. But the pizzas are fantastic! Traditional or very unconventional. First class!! we ordered pizzas and a carpaccio. All was very good quality. Pizzas were the second best in town, but still among the best I ever had so far. Means still very very good. The carpaccio was excellent as well. Service a bit on the cold side but ok. Apparently the pizza at Pizzeria Remo in Malles is award-winning. I can't eat pizza, so I can't say whether this is deserved. My friends enjoyed theirs. The pizza oven is outside the main kitchen where you can watch the cook making it. The restaurant is rustic and cosy, and the outdoor seating is lovely. The restaurant is popular. We arrived quite late in the evening, and there were still quite a few guests. The staff speak German and Italian, and the service is friendly. I had spare ribs, which were not very good. They were the type of spare ribs that are very very spare. The house wine was fine.Dear Christopher,thank you for your review on TripAdvisor. We were very happy about it. Too bad, that you could not taste our wonderful pizza. But your friends have enjoyed it. At least you could watch, how to make a delicious pizza in South Tyrol. We crossed over into Italy today and my son and I wanted a good Italian meal. I had gone to Rome for a week in the past and was almost disappointed every day as I kept falling into tourist traps that served overpriced crap, so I was hoping for something more satisfying this time, and I wasnât let down by Ristorante Ortler. I can honestly say that everything we ate was delicious and very reasonably priced. Because my son asked for a spicy pizza, they went out of their way to cut up fresh chili and baked it on his pizza - he was in love with his pizza and said he loved Italy because of it! I tried a strawberry tiramisu for desert and found it delicious. Great food, nice staff who speak several languages, and reasonable prices!

Tried this restaurant last night. We were able to sit inside with our little dog. I decided to try the mushroom pizza, which arrived in about 8 minutes, almost too quickly. My husband ordered the cannederli but since you have to wait for 20 mins he ordered a portion of chips. Unfortunately they arrived when I'd almost finished my pizza and then 2 mins later his main dish arrived. Yes, there were some hitches with the service but our waitress was very friendly and apologetic and in any case the cannederli were exquisite. Definitely would recommend this mouthwatering dish to anyone who comes here. The menu offers a lot of pizzas but also many other typical delicacies. The house white wine was also very good.

I can only recommend this place to those who want to relax. At winter or summer, always good for resting.In a little cute village, with a lots of friendly people.The apartament is nice, the restaurant have delicious foods, for example "Spagetthi Meeresfrüchte", and the waiters are very attentive!!We will come back! Thank you and keep it up!
