This was recommended and booked for us by Hotel Lucrezia, and is the nearest good restaurant to the hotel in a nearby village. We were met and served by a very friendly man, English menus were provided although it had a very local feel. We enjoyed a starter of roasted cheese (casizolu), pasta courses of ravioli with ricotta and gnocchetti campidanese (sausage), then I had my first (of several during our trip) desserts of seadas - curd cheese fried pastries covered with honey!

This place is a gem! Donât be fooled by the facade! Literally the best pizza ever! The service was amazing and the waitress gave us a service with a smile during out visit and as a bonus, she spoke english! Ha! (Sorry no prictures available, the pizza was too good to not devour immediately)

C'est tout à fait par hasard que nous avons choisi le Dea Madre, et nous avons été ravis de notre choix. Nous avons pris des salades en terrasse, et malgré l'heure un peu tardive pour un déjeuner nous avons été très bien accueillis. Nous nous sommes régalés, les produits étaient frais et bons. Les frites (chips) au fromage étaient savoureuses et peu salées. Ca a été un vrai plaisir, un excellent déjeuner pour une somme tout à fait raisonnable. C'est une très bonne adresse.

Giangiacomo has the best pizza in the Oristano area. Service is good and the atmosphere is typical sardinian. Not pretentious at all but effctive.you will feel immediatly at home!

Locale ampio e spazioso. La pizza e i dolci sono buonissimi. Prezzi giusti. Locale stra consigliato sia per famiglie che per coppie. Troppo affollato nei giorni della festa di Riola

Pizzeria al taglio posta nel centro di Riola Sardo. Specialità sono appunto le pizzette. Sono mediamente buone, forse la pasta è un troppo croccante o dura e quindi il pomodoro rimane abbastanza secco. Ma probabilmente è una scelta del pizzaiolo. Il locale è una pizzeria al taglio tipica da piccolo centro, con qualche tavolo in cui sedersi. La scelta degli abbinamenti è vasta, il personale è molto gentile e disponibile e sono molto puliti e precisi. I prezzi sono nella media.

Family took me here to give me the experience of the massive plates and portion sizes. I shared the fish option with two of my cousins. You can choose which fish you want it comes with various salad, vegetables and a load of chips. Had the calamari all though plenty it was all a bit average. We had no room on the table as the plates are so big, had to put bottles of wine and water on the floor. After I ordered a Cappuccino which was the smallest one I've ever seen served in a plastic cup. Rest of family had a dessert which they all enjoyed. No glasses only plastic cups for the wine and water tradition in sardegna. A bit clicky as you enter the place everyone's looking at the stranger in town. Although average. Prices are good and we had a really good time laughed a lot. Been once that will do for me. You can also order Asino Which is Donkey meat I tried a piece and it was quite nice had sweet flavour. In England they would put you in prison if you killed a Donkey to eat it but it is the norm.

Great place, very friendly waiter. They do takeaway and deliver locally between 7and 8pm.Stick to the simple pizzas, they are heavenly.
