EVERYTHING about our dining experience was memorable! The ambiance of this intimate place, the interaction with Chef Jeremy since we were lucky enough to be seated at the Chef's Counter, the impeccable service and every delicious bite of food. I was introduced to this hidden gem by a couple of chef friends, and their recommendation was spot on.

Stopped in after a day at the beach and had some appetizers and pizza with friends. Nice atmosphere, friendly wait staff, great conversation and very comforting Italian food. We had broccoli rabe with sausage, mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce, and some very good flatbread pizza.

I took a few customers to lunch at Dominics. Great choice. We were all in the mood for pizza and got 2 large pies. One was pepperoni and cheese, while the other was the Dominicâs Special. Both were great. Great crust, sauce, toppings and cheese. The Dominicâs Special had wonderful sausage that was thin sliced, caramelized onions, roasted peppers, pepperoni and mushrooms. Outstanding. If it was not lunch it would have been great to have a couple of beers with the pizza but we settled for fresh brewed ice tea. A great lunch. Iâll go back and try dinner my next trip.

Read an older article somewhere on the internet listing this restaurant as one of the hidden gems in the area, so we decided to try it for take out one night. Ordering was easy and the food was received correctly and quickly. The calzone was HUGE and pretty good.The gnocchi was house made and good vodka sauce.The garlic knots were ok-- kind of dry maybe?The eggplant parm was FLAVORLESS...maybe someone forgot to salt it? Overall, I'd check out another italian place as the area is littered with them. This was not a favorite.

Apparently they are known for their brick oven pizzas cut but really they should be known for just about anything the kitchen produces. The food appears to be made freshly to order, very fresh ingredients, and the portions are generous enough to warrant splitting a dish. Would definitely go back when in the area. Worth the stop. They apparently can also be pretty busy, so reservations for dinner wouldn't hurt.

One of the best pizzas we have had. We are long time residents of Palm Beach County and our son told us about this restaurant. We actually ordered take out. It was hot, fast and excellent!

Came here with local Florida residents who knew all about the early bird specials. The choices were great and all the meals were delicious. The meal starts with warm, foccacia bread. We had salads, upgraded to Caesar, and had eggplant parm, veal parm, chicken francaise for our group. Each person really enjoyed his/her meal. The meal comes with gelato as well and that was really yummy. We had made a reservation so we were not waiting, but it looked as if this early bird special gets crowded. Service was excellent and the owner came to check on how we were doing. Lots of parking in the parking lot and it was a great place with good Italian food. Wish we lived in Florida so we could go again!

This is the closest place you'll get to authentic New York style pizza in the area. I've tried a few spots around West Palm Beach, but nothing has really come close to their pizza they make here. You can get by the slice to go or dine in with a wide range of choices other than pizza. Owners are very nice. A must stop when in Lake Worth.

We stumbled upon Rollatini about 2 years ago and we have never been disappointed by this intimate Family run restaurant in western Lake Worth. We hadn't been there in a couple months and were plessantlycsurprised by the updates to the decor. It's much more bistro chic with clean lines. More importantly, the food and service were as good as alwsys. My favorite special of Salmon Rollatini was on the menu and it was incredible. The grilled salmon is topped by two large shrimp and a garlic, butter, cream, lemon and wine sauce that is to die for. It is especially good wide the side of pasta., but you can have parslied potatoes or steamed vegetables instead. Rollatini's salmon of any kind is probably the best around. It is always perfectly cooked. I also love their cream of chicken and vegetable soup. Yum! Although I love tge garlic knots, the plain knots with regular butter are an indulgence I enjoy. Don't let the strip shopping center location scare you away, Rollatini is the real deal and you will not be disappointed.

So yummy. The atmoshere is great. Friendly staff, and amazing view. We love ordering a glass of wine, sampling a few different slices of pizza, then going for a walk down on the beach. Very relaxing.
