Decided upon a Pizza for dinner. Rang the Thornlie store and talked to a very pleasant young lady who assisted in ordering what we required.Placed the order and given the price. This was delivered promptly, hot and tasty.Good service.

Service requires a little fine tuning as other items appear to be more important than customers. We attended around 6.00pm and there were small groups of diners so staff were not overly busy.Meal was delicious (chicken scalopini ) sauce and chicken were cooked to perfection..

Ordered a pizza online, hassle free experience. No problems there. The issues started with the store. After waiting 45 minutes for our pizza, and the online tracker saying that our order was "complete" i called the store to find out what was happening. The person on the phone stated, oh he left approx 25 minutes ago, he shouldnt be too long. I live 1.5kms from the store. The driver could have walked to our house in less then 25 minutes. I stated that to the person on the phone who then said, "oh he had 2 deliveries, he must have just made the other one first i'm sure he won't be long, we are very busy you know". Understanding, i said not a problem and hung up. After a further 20 minutes, frustration began to set in, until finally a driver rocked up at the door and handed me 2 stone cold pizzas. I called the store to complain, and was asked to hold a moment. - No worries. After waiting for approximately 5 minutes, i was able to hear all the words that the workers were saying, as i wasn't on hold, i was just waiting on a phone that had been placed on a table. After hearing about everyone's weekend, and an amount of expletives that i couldn't believe that could be crammed into a 5 minute space, I hung up the phone, and was extremely angry. I immediately rung back, and the phone was picked up by the same gentleman that i spoke to earlier. He asked me to hold again, and i refused explaining what had happened just before. I asked to speak to the manager, which he said was himself. I explained the situation, to which i was told. "No your pizzas are not cold". I said, I'm holding the pizzas in my hands, and they are cold. To which he replied, no sir your pizzas are not cold. This went back and forth for approximately a minute before i finally lost my temper and hung up the phone. What kind of a place argues with a customer instead of listening and dealing with the issue? I would recommend using a local independent pizza store. I know i certainly will be from now on.

I have ordered the same pizza from another location which was awesome, loved it, it changed my mind on Pizza, hence i ordered the same pizza from this location. I ordered online, which was ok, I got the hang of it. We customized one of the supreme pizzas, the other was the standard reef and beef. The order arrived quickly and the delivery lady was lovely - two big pluses. It was only when we opened the pizzas we realized this was not up to a great standard. So disappointing, the prawns the meat, the extras we added. At first my friend thought I must have had his pizza because all the extras we added to his supreme were not really visible, he found one or two bits scattered over the pizza that's when we realized his was the supreme, but really looking at it, It looked like a pepperoni pizza and not a supreme with added extras. Sorry Domino's but you lost out on this location in Gosnells. This is not the first time, but it will be the last time we order from this location.
