The best pizza I have had, ever! worth finding, one of those nuggets hidden away. It is by the communal area, tucked away behind the building with the museum! Find scar park space by the pharmacy as you enter the town and then walk the rest, 5 minutes away!

Cucina tipica e casereccia della Tuscia . Sala per feste e cerimonie . Tutto nella semplicità di un tempo
On our way from the stunning village of Sorano (this is a must see!!) to Orvieto we passed by this trattoria. It is a place of which you find millions in Italy. We had affetasi di cinghiale and pappardelle al cinghiale, water and wine. The dishes were as they ought to be, white wine was bad and the service was unkind. Shouting loud, no attention for the guests. We paid 22,20 and it was not worth more.

Last night we celebrated the bachelorette party! We ordered antipasti misti, we tasted 3 different kind of pasta: tortelli with asparagus cream and truffle, pappardelle al cinghiale and pici alla ciccio. Then: cinghiale, agnello fritto and alla scottadito. Of course, we tried fried artichokes too, unbelievably great. To conclude, the desserts. I can suggest you only one thing: go for the croccantino. Please try all 3 versions. Are you into liquors after coffee? Please try the amato and liquor of grappa. The friendly atmosphere and the host (Ciccio) and his wife (the chef) increase the level of your experience in this place.Excellent! Absolutely recommended!

Delicious food at IL BORGO. We had the Agnello a Scottadito and the Cighiale a Bujone as main courses. Both were very tasteful, with the Syrah wine a perfect combination.Friendly staff who explained part of the menu. And very affordable prices.

This is an average restaurant with good Italian food but not worth the hype. It's located in a beautiful olive trees field with a beautiful patio , so it has a great atmosphere in the summer if you reserve a table outside by the garden. But it's often overcrowded with screaming children and huge Italian families tables, so be aware. Food is ok , nothing to die for .
Se è questo le pizze erano divine e condite molto bene specialmente una con funghi e tartufo, noi non abbiamo mangiato molto nei ristoranti perché abbiamo amici a Tarquinia che ci invitavano sia a pranzo che a cena

I went there several times and it is always a great experience! This is one of the first place I visit when I go back to Italy.Sitting on the Bolsena's lakeside drinking a beer and looking at the sunset is an incredible unique experience. Probably one of the best brick oven pizza I have tasted in Italy!Strongly recommended for everyone except swanky guys...

Rosella and her son Andrea do a fantastic job providing a friendly, family atmosphere. The food is of a superior quality and standard. Everything is cooked to perfection. We highly recommend the Tortelli (both types) and the Bistecca. Also the pizza is fantastic. Do not leave the Tuscia region without eating here! :) Heather & Paul
