Abbiamo prenotato il giorno prima, sapendo che il fine settimana sarebbe stato pieno.Il locale si presenta molto elegante e raffinato, e il personale professionale e disponibile. Appena seduti, ci viene offerto un piccolo aperitivo di benvenuto, accompagnato da un bicchierino di prosecco.Decidiamo di scegliere pizzeria tra quest'ultima e ristorante.La pizza non è malvagia, il livello ê appena sufficiente. La farina non è di certo di lievito madre, e la mozzarella non è fior di latte.Voto 2, ma per la location e il servizio, aggiungiamo una stella alla recensione.

Although it may seems such an old, unfashioned place, this is one of the best place in Enna to eat "pizza al taglio", a single, thicker slice of pizza, or "arancini", which are typical Sicilian street food. Prices are more than affordable, of course, as a slice costs around 1 euro each. But the quality and the incredible taste of them is unique.

Visited this place by chance and by reading others' reviews and not disappointed at all. Very friendly service and staff is sooo helpful. Food was simply amazing especially the pizzas. Literally mouth watering. And price wise really good pricing. If in the vicinity I highly recommend it.

Enna is Sicily's prettiest hill town...and Pinocchio is a great pizza joint. Sicilian pizza is NOT the square rubbish you get stateside, but personal sized masterpieces made fresh for you...fresh buffalo mozzarella, parma ham, salsicca, frutti di mare (seafood) fresh basil...even uovo (egg), squid, artichokes or hot dog, but no pepperoni (not heard of in Italy). Thin crust, mimimal tomato sauce and fresh olive oil on top...Sensational!!

Call us boring but we really really enjoyed the food and service at Baglio Balata and ate there 3 times. The food was delicious (try the linguine with hazelnuts, breadcrumbs, orange pieces). It prides itself on using all local ingredients. Most of the clientele were local folks and the prices were very reasonable. The restaurant has an inside area and a patio area. Pizza is available In the evening. It takes credit cards.

We were visiting Enna on a cold spring day, very happy to have come across this large beautifully appointed restaurant with great views. We enjoyed our lunch, service was very nice and food was great. We shared the salad, melon and ham appetizer which was amazing! Melon was so fresh and juicy, then as our mains we had grilled fish and grilled sausage, both were great. Portions were just right. Highly recommend this place. Because of its size it would also accommodate large groups.

We stopped in Enna on our way from Catania to Cefalu and had a light lunch. I took the gnocchi with pomodoro and my wife had the spaghetti looks. Both dishes was absolutely amazing! Really good Italian food! Perfeto :-) the staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean.

Stopped on the spur of the moment to see the spectacular views from Emma. Worth it! Then needing a drink and lunch checked out Tripadvisor to find a place close by. Meimuna only 2 mins from the castle. Great pizzas (best crust in Sicily so far), fresh salads, good inexpensive local wines and very friendly and fast service for our group of 7.

On a day trip around Enna, I was able to book lunch for our group (we were seven) at this restaurant, after three failed attempts in other properties (evidently mid-August, outside the coastal areas, is considered in Sicily low season for tourists, therefore many restaurants are closed).Precisely because there were seven of us, we are able to express an opinion on a large number of dishes; and this opinion is largely positive.Let's start with the flaws (a few). In a "bruschetta" brought as an appetizer, the bread was singed (it was immediately replaced). A side dish of grilled vegetables, which I ordered, never arrived (and obviously it was not included in the bill).The other sides are all positive. The beef was appreciable, as evidenced by the four ribs, cooked in various ways, and the two stewed lamb ("castrato") that we tasted. A type of pasta typical of western Sicily, called "busiata", with swordfish and other ingredients, was ordered by four of us: it was delicious. Finally the desserts were all excellent, up to the fame of Sicilian cuisine in this sector.Then the bill, 200 euros all included for seven people, seemed to us perfectly adequate.

Ordered burgers, sandwich, cake and drinks. While the food was ok, it feels more like a fastfood that can be found anywhere in Italy or elsewhere in Europe rather than exclusively in Sicily. It is 6,5 euro for only a burger. No tables inside, only a bar next to the window and chairs.
