The restaurant is in Capoliveri's nicest square. It's always full and you are convinced this is for good dishes! Food and prices are average, I eat a delicious "mixed grilled fish" but they finished and can't supply any fried fish..! Waiters are able to find you a place soon, on other hand they push you to leave when you have finished your dinner!

I didn't like staff in this restaurant. There are many young people working in this restaurant so I expect that they will know english. But no, they act like they don't understand me, they just speak Italian. If you're on the turistic site you should know english. I can't wait to finish my dinner, which was just a pizza. I must say pizza was average - tasty but nothing special. In near by there is restaurant in Camping Europa where are is so nice and helpful staff and also pizza is more tasty.

We wanted to try capoliverie and caught bus from Gand Hotel Elba.Capoliverie seemed really nice place but we didn't have much time to explore it. The restaurant was really busy but service was attentive if a bit confused. We were greeted well and shown to table, then asked to move as they had a big party coming in and needed the space. Move to another table was smooth and a complimentary pizza bread arrived as a thank you for moving. Pizzas were good, the service quick and the bill reasonable.Well worth a visit and watching the waiters dash down the steps without falling or breaking or dropping anything is an entertaining sideshow.

Very good variety of different foods. Consistently good over many years. Everybody can find something. Plenty of baby seats. Very good pizza. Very friendly waiters who can also speak German and English. You can choose between the busy front towards the piazza and shopping street or the quite wide back yard. Be there before 20:00 or you will have to wait.

We were planning to eat somewhere in the centre of Capoliveri but couldn't find parking. We were luck to find Mickey Mouse driving out of the town and it had its own parking!Food was great and the service was friendly and attentive, the meals for all 5 of us all arrived around the same time, we liked the homemade pasta and seafood dishes. The carbonara pizza was very tasty!Fantastic panoramic views.

While browsing around the gorgeous town of Capoliveri, we hadno idea where to end up eating and we decided to try this cosy restaurant, despite being busy all the time the waiter and the staff tried their best to let us feel confortable and welcome, we've got a penne ai granchi and a mixed grilled as second dish, great wine and very competitive prices, all our meals tasted very fresh and good service, i'd suggest to everyone that want to try real italian food!

We visited Casanova several times during our stay on Elba July /August 2014. And every time was a pleasure with delicious food and excellent service.We do not speake italien and they do not speake english language. No problem. The positive attitude and "finger language" solved all problems.All dishes are delicious and absolute top value for money. Please remember to book a table in advance - this place is very popular.

We recently enjoyed a pizza night here with friends.Light airy delicious pizza's - probably the best I have eaten & reasonably priced.We had our meal on the outdoor terrace overlooking the sea - enveloped in the warmth & tranquility of the gentle evening light. (We had pre booked our outdoor table as they are in demand!) The service was excellent, courteous and friendly. It was a a lovely relaxing "quiet" dinner experience - only a few steps away from the centre of town. I will revisit to sample other items on the menu- which coming out to other diners on the night - looked amazing! (Currently Not open for lunch)
