We've had their pizza classico, buffel mozzarella and cherry tomatoes. No nonsense, excellent pizza cooked to perfection Accompagnied with their surprisingly versatile house red which was fresh and slightly sparkling. It's not at the lake side but makes up for it in excellent quality. Locals eat here which is the real reference.

I'd call it a pearl of this small Italian town Velo Veronese, this pizzeria is surprisely decent and considerate.Located in the very heart of this town, this pizzeria provides a comfortable dining atmosphere with a decoration full of wood and stones, the owner said he collected all the materials. In summer they offer amazing outdoor dinning area, with sunshine and bunches of flowers. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, just trust their recommendations when you get stuck in the menu, some of them can speak proper English.The most important is the food they serve, simply pizza, is just amazing. They offer various choices of pizza, for both meat lovers and vegetarians. Most of the pizzas are made with local produced ingredients, I LOVE the one with truffles and eggplants. They can also change the size for you. The kitchen in the ground floor is half open, easy to see the process and hygiene of food making. They also serve several homemade desserts, they are also so amazing that I would love to have another stomach just for them after eating pizzas...What's more, the price is super kind, and there are English version on their menu, they accept credit cards, there are also various of drinks and even Gelato, what else are you expecting? I went there everyday during my stay in Velo, sometimes for pizza, sometimes just for a espresso, and Grappa.

The pizza was nice and the menu had many options typical to Lessinia. Definitely the place to go for a nice home-made meal with even a fireplace to make it even cosier

Visited with many friends and although the place was almost full of people service was fast and food was very good. Most of us ate pizza but the pasta with local mushrooms or truffle was really excellent

We stumbled upon this restaurant during a drive through the country side. It was lunch time and we stopped on a Saturday afternoon. We were greeted by a warm family environment along with the warmth of a wood burning fire next to our table. Prior to our lunches being served we were treated with homemade salami. The meals we received were fabulous and the service terrific. It was clearly a location that took pride in their premises, service and food.

This is a favourite of the locals where one can find good local dishes, such as tagliatelle with truffle, at very affordable prices. Pizzas seem to be one of the house favourite here when we looked around, and we found out why when our truffle pizza with the name of "UFO" arrived. The crust was thin yet crisp throughout, and with the right amount of thinly sliced beef and truffle. Tagliatelle with truffle was even more fragrant although the two together were quite filling. We also had the entrecôte that is worth a try just for the ingenious way it is presented, and it was delicious too. With wine and water it was unbelievably inexpensive and we were told it was always full, so reserve ahead or be very flexible with waiting.

We visited Veneranda twice - first because it was the only restaurant within 20 km opened at 9 p.m. before the summer season, second - we realy enjoyed the food. High-quality meat very well prepared just with simply salad of rocket and parmesan cheese, tasty pizza, good house wines. Served with smile.Unfortunately no one spoke English and the menu was only in Italian :)Pets friendly, large parking place in the front.

This small gem is located in the center of the small town Erbezzo. We stopped there for lunch while we were on a bike tour. The service was quick and friendly, the Menü is quite large but a large part of it is pizza. The other dishes are basically on two pages and from what I can tell they all seem local Italian dishes. Prices are moderate.We ordered two fresh salad and Tagliatelle von porcini. The pasta was perfect, the mushrooms fresh and tasty. It was just the right balance. For desert we ordered some sort of local ice cream (semi fredo) with Amaretto. I liked that it was tasty but not very sweet and just the right amount.Overall, I would highly recommend this places and we will definitely come back.

This is truly an Italian family run business that offers delicious food with perfect service. The view of the mountains makes the experience even better. Family friendly with a cute little outdoor playground. Try the summer mushroom truffle pasta dish. Definitely worth a stop! Enjoy!

Well, it's so close to my living place that I visit Araldo very often. Pizza are extraordinary, they are made with special and natural ingredients (no preserving) and only long rising yeast. They serve delicious and natural Gelato as well. People working there are polite and friendly. Try once! You will go back often, that's for sure!
