For a Peruvian style restaurant this experience definitely left some room for improvement. We ordered Camarones panco, which came fried (and I could not find the panco), causa, which was ok, but nothing special and a corvina with locos, which was also kinda blend. For Melipilla it may be one of the better restaurants, and waiters were friendly, but I would not travel from Santiago to experience this local-imported cuisine. good thing is the parking, which is limited but things are safe
