If you like something a little different then this is for you. Food is amazing and the service is just as good especially the Couscous so light it floats. Prices reasonable. Only draw back is parking hard to find in Rouen at the best of times

I have been to this restaurant with one my friend and we both really liked the mezze. The waitress was very sweet -always checking on us to see if everything was alright. Icing on the cake, they served us very quickly and we bearly waited for them to bring the food. This restaurant is a very good value for money.

We were excited to visit Kaboul after the great reviews here on TripAdvisor. Ordered 2 appetizers and 4 main courses. Not only were they all bland (we weren't expecting particularly spicy food), but all the food tasted more or less the same. Compared to the average French food, this certainly has a 'different' flavor, but nothing spectacular or even average. We came away from this restaurant not just disappointed, but also flabbergasted as to the extremely high rating of this restaurant.

The restaurant La Rose Des Sables, offers the best couscous and tajine of Rouen. Come test us and you will not be disappointed. See you soon
The welcome, the service, the hospitality, the price and the quality make this certainly This was the best couscous I have ever eaten. Excellent with small grained couscous, fresh vegetables, and the harissa was like home made. The atmosphere is also beautiful with exquisite tiles and lamps along with exquisite North African music.Wow! I was blown away. I'd give them 7 stars if I could.

My husband and I (both vegan), my mom (vegetarian), and her boyfriend (eats meat) all absolutely loved our meal here. It was easily one of the best meals we had during our week in France. Everything was delicious, but I especially loved the falafels! Highly recommend, we would absolutely come back here again when in Rouen!Tank you soooooo much

We walked in without a reservation at 7pm and we were warmly greeted. The menu changes daily as they make everything fresh daily. We had the mixed mezze plate, Kefta, an aubergine farci plate and a chicken with mushroom plate. Each plate was delicious!
