I am pretty sure that Ridan is the pioneer of the Middle Eastern tradition of Mandi culture in Karachi, which is popular in Arabian Peninsula, Egypt, Turkey and Levant (a large area in the Eastern Mediterranean which include Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, Israel, and Palestine). They started their operations from 21st October 2016 and their popularity soared in a short period, and consequently more restaurants of same texture popped up. Mandi usually made from rice, meat (lamb or chicken), and a mixture of spices. They offer a wide variety of dishes for special occasions like wedding and birthday and have a special dining area for the guests. They serve complimentary Yakhni or beef soup which is just the perfect appetizer. The family-friendly ambiance is decent. The sitting on the ground on rugs, in typical Middle Eastern fashion, has an added attraction for a great majority of customers. Our order included fattoush salad, mutton madfoon, mutton mandi and chicken madbee and Kunafeh. The mutton was very tender and tasty. The chicken meat literally falls off the bone. It was fork tender, moist, and savory. Street and valet parking are available. With many plus points, it is a favorite for fine food.

Been here few Times Now, amazing Food selection, my pick of the Lot is Their Chicken Madbi, in other words Spicy Chicken. Mutton options Are Good Too specially Mutton Hanit.They also have good starters Mutton kebabs, grilles chops,and Etc. Unfortunately Handi was on the Menu but was Unavailable for some Reason. But for Mandi Lovers this Place is a Paradise.

Paramount is a must go place if you love Lebanese cuisine situated in SMCHS food street. The interior of the restaurant is decorated beautifully giving each corner an amazing Middle Eastern look with lamps indoor plants and complimentary Kahva for everyone, they have open kitchen so you can enjoy watching the chef preparing food, their staff is friendly and well trained they asked again and again if we want any thing else or is everything taste perfect. Lets talk about food now mostly I ordered same full platter which contains falafel, hummus, fattoush salad, tabbouleh salad pita bread, sheesh touk, lamb kabab, mutton chops, chicken kebab and beef boti with fresh salad and basmati rice everything they serve is very close to original Lebanese taste for desert we ordered kunafe which was the show stopper for us crispy and crunchy from outside and cheesy and creamy from inside they served it with the scoop of vanilla ice cream the combination of hot and cold was delicious.

Oldest chullu in Saddar, they have maintained the taste and worked on indoor seating plus very economical Best place for students as itâs pocket friendly and platter is served with butter which in divineIf in karachi , a must try . There is a row of places on the Chai Gali where you can sit outside and enjoy the tea, the sweets and other local delicacies. It is very crowded at night with little place to park the car. There are so many different kinds of teas on the menu that are a real delight and taste so good.

Lal Qila is maintaing its quality & variety at reasonable prices. Ambience is very good. Quite a detailed menu offers satisfaction of taste buds for all age groups. We have eaten at East End, three times so far - all within the period of a few months - and each time the experience has been excellent. During our last visit, we took our daughter and son in law, who were visiting from the US - their comments were very succinct and appropriate : "If ever a Pakistani restaurant could qualify for a Michelin star, this would be it!"Very rarely have I visited a restaurant which has simmered to perfection all the four essential ingredients which make up an ideal dining experience: quality, presentation, service and ambiance. We have tried many of the array of delectable dishes, all are stellar. The unique appetizers, refreshing juice drink shots and the amazing entrees are to die for! And just when you think you've had enough, they floor you with the most awesome mini desserts! If one died and went to Great Food Heaven - this would be it! BE WARNED: IT IS PRICEY AND THE FIVE-COURSE REGIME TAKES AROUND 1.5 TO 2 HOURS.

A visit to Karachi will be incomplete without having having food at Kolachi. An ambience to savour with waterfront views and a culinary fare simply royal. Hard to choose but all the chicken and mutton fare are exceptional. I would recommend the fluffy roti paratha to go with any of the gravy dishes. One suggestion, please make prior reservations as it is really crowded during weekends. Service is brilliant.
