Shawarma King is the best Mediterranean food in Kalamazoo, and one of my favorite restaurants overall. I usually get a combination of chicken shawarma, falafel, lentil soup, hummus, and king tea. It is always delicious and staff is always accommodating. You definitely get your money's worth, both in quality and quantity of food. I love this place so much I even have a Shawarma King bumper sticker! If you ever want to try to replicate the food at home, they have an awesome selection of bulk foods. I get pita here on the regular, it's so good.

A real unexpected find, an amazing middle eastern restaurant in Kalamazoo with a rich innovative dishes. The owner is vagiterian so the me menu have some great vegetarian options besides great meat dishes I love the place and happy I run into it

Went here for the dinner buffet while in town for business. The falafel was not as good as some I've had, but certainly better than some. Buffet had a good variety of items. The flat bread was a bit rubbery
