Located 24 miles (39 km) northwest of London, it is part of the Greater London Urban Area. The population according to the 2001 Census was 81,143, and at the 2011 census was 94,932. Developed after the Second World War as a new town, it has existed as a settlement since the 8th century and was granted its town charter by King Henry VIII in 1539. It is part of the district (and borough since 1984) of Dacorum and the Hemel Hempstead constituency.

Iâve dined here many times and will be going back next month with a large party of friends for my partners surprise 50th birthday. No matter what you choose from the menu, the food comes with generous portions and tastes great! Itâs hard to believe that the venue was formerly a McDonaldâs restaurant....but itâs a great venue and very clean! If you e not yet tried it, you should, because you wonât regret it!

Food was spot on. The chicken shish wrap was cooked well and not dry or rubbery, fresh salad and tasty sauce. The starter of Lahmacun was blinking tasty! Side of bulgur rice was average.Was really tasty. The driver was a rude abrupt person, but that doesnât affect the taste of the food!!

Ordered online. A bit short notice. Pleasantly surprised at swift delivery and a reasonable price. Very pleasant guy delivered piping hot food. King prawn puree and tandoori chicken was the best I've tasted for years. The curries and naan were also very good. Will definitely be back.
