One warning you will get from nutritionists and other health mavens is that Mexican food can be salty, high-cholesterol and high-fat. We found the food here at Tekila's to be extremely healthful, fresh, not salty, and it did not leave us feeling stuffed or bloated. We stopped in for lunch one day just after the place opened. We noticed that each table had an empty beer six-pack carrier with salt, pepper, wrapped utensils, extra hot sauce, and napkins, so that you did not have to flag down the wait staff each time you needed these basic implements. One server was handling the entire establishmentâseating customers, mixing drinks, taking orders, delivering food, and clearing. There were only three parties in the restaurant at the time, counting ourselves, but this young lady zipped right along, energetically, never missing anything. She brought us chips and salsa, took our drink orders, then our lunch orders, and then went off to tend to somebody else. The salsa proved to have a sneaky hot bite not perceptible until you had about your eighth or ninth chip. My companion ordered the arroz con pollo without the cheese sauce. I opted for something I had never seen before on a Mexican restaurant menu--chorizo tacos, without the sour cream or cheese, but extra salsa. The chicken dish was enormous, and covered with fresh sautéed red & green peppers and red onions, freshly made pico di gallo, and very fluffy Mexican rice. The three tacos were piled high with sausage and vegetables, and each was wrapped in TWO soft tacos, so they did not break apart when you picked them up to eat them. The salsa with this meal tasted much different than the chip salsa, very spicy and it, too, had a bite. The tacos came with a big scoop of the Mexican rice, again quite fluffy and not greasy at all, and the refried beans were served in a soup cup. Neither dish tasted salty at all. My companion could not finish her entree, so we took home part of the meal. Tekila's does have a sports bar atmosphere--there are at least half a dozen big screens, all tuned to sporting events. We can see how this place will get a bit crazy during major sporting events. The restaurant also features live music--we observed a bandstand with instruments already set up when we came in. We were quite pleased with our experience here. We will definitely be back.

Small spot great for amazing burritos/tacos n more! A place where U can eat in real quick or take home. Portions are good and the meat is seasoned to perfection! I personally love the burrito with refried beans, steak, & the works! Prices are good- u have to try it!

Very pretty view along the Merrimack River & festive decker were its best features. Ordered a variety of chimichangas, tacos, burrito, etc, and it was fair. They use pinto beans instead of black and everything was just ok. Chipotle or California Burrito has WAY better food, but the atmosphere made up for the just ok food.

I had been here for tea and meetings in the past but it wasn't until a month or so ago that I went for lunch. It was so good that I was back again two weeks later. Both times I had the shrimp torta: grilled shrimp, avocado, tomato, and lettuce on a wonderful soft bun with a spicy mayo, so good! The torta came with a side of sweet potato fries which were delicious. The decor in El Taller is fun and colorful. It's a great place to meet with friends or colleagues or spend some quiet time. I will definitely be back again soon. They do have a beer and wine license and I understand they sometimes have entertainment at night, including poetry and music.

We hadn't been to Mexico Lindo in quite a while and weren't disappointed with our most recent visit. Salsa and chips were fresh. Food was delicious, service friendly and Margaritas muy bueno.In fact, we'll be having our great grandson's birthday dinner here.

Went in for lunch during the week. Not busy yet the service was extremely slow for no reason we could see. Menu and food options were ample as well as the drinks. Wouldnât necessarily go back, there are plenty of other places with equally good food and better/ quicker service
