This restaurant is in a very nice location and has been totally redone inside. It is a nice comfortable place with friendly staff. We were here on the very first night of business. Our food was excellent. It tasted very fresh and was served very hot. They do not yet have a liquor license or credit card machine. They should be in place soon. We will definitely be back.

Tacos, Community & Beer

Went here for lunch on "taco Tuesday" and got 2 taco's for a very reasonable price. I ordered the blackened fish tacos that came with avocado and then you can add what you want at the taco bar. Delicious. This is a very casual place, industrial feeling with friendly wait staff. Lots of beer and drink choices also. I'd come again!

I made reservations the day before and was totally embarrassed when we arrived. The lights were off and there was a sign on the door saying the chef was sick so they were closed. Why wouldn't they call me and give me a chance to make another reservation at some other restaurant. As it turned out, I drove my wife and guests to some other places to have dinner. I don't think this place will be around much longer!

My wife and I ate dinner last week at La Tolteca. We were surprised by the diversity of the menu, offering even many vegetarian choices. My wife had seafood entre which was good and I had a pineapple chicken fajita which was marvelous! Only drawback was the margarita my wife ordered from the bar appeared to be short on tequila. Service was excellent.

I certainly wouldn't use the word "amazing", as a previous reviewer did, to describe Chipotle. It's a burrito shop making fresh food ...almost to order.A very cold, sterile, loud, and uncomfortable dining room is the main reason we do not dine there more often. The option to get your burrito in a bowl - to avoid some carbs - is nice...and a lot less messy to eat!You choose your meat (chicken, steak, pork) and go down the line telling the preparers which toppings you would like on your meal. Good selection of items to vary your order a bit each time.Amazing? Not in my opinion.....but a decent bowl of food, yes!P.S. They charge extra for sour cream topping, which is not necessary!
