Mexican food restaraunt serves breakfast, lunch, dinner. Ordered a "wet burrito", better name for it would a smothered burrito, but ohh well. For a burrito, it is king of the burrito family, huge serving, one plate and you are done. Very appetizing, not spicy at all, side note: if you are looking for spicy food you won't find it here. This restaraunt does have hamburgers on its menu. I approve this this restaraunt to satisfy your hunger.

Decided to eat some Carne Asada Burrito today at Cinco De Mayo. The carne asada was flavorful and requested salsa on the side. Also green sauce on the side instead of the wet burrito. The meal was delicious and even the chips and salsa was great. Small corner restaurant with friendly staff and great food.

Wow! This place is amazing! The staff are super friendly! It's really bright and colorful inside; and looks immaculate! They have different aguas fescas (fruit waters) I loved the watermelon one! My boyfriend loved the cucumber mint one. The salsas are amazing! They're actually spicy and have really good flavors! I ordered the protein tacos with veggies. They were to die for! They had so much on them! I ordered 3 and was so full! My boyfriend was obsessed with their jalapeño poppers that are wrapped in bacon. He ordered the Cabeza nachos and said they were awesome. As a vegetarian they had a ton of options! And it wasn't bland at all. The food was so good we were sad that we don't have one near our home in the Bay Area! Can't wait to come back!

Have ate here a couple of times. Both times breakfast and lunch were very good. Service at breakfast though was a little off ( asked for 2 cups of coffee and they said they only had enough for 1. What happened to it will be a few minutes and I will make another pot) Aside from that I would definitely recommend.

It's not fancy, but it's good food at a modest price. We stumbled upon it after a Chargers game and will be stopping here before the drive home now after every game.Loaded burgers, pastrami, steak sandwiches, greek, mexican, breakfast, salads, you name it, they have it. We had a chicken fajita burrito and a carne asada burrito to go. They were huge and no leftovers. They also have hand dipped ice cream shakes in real ice cream flavors beyond vanilla, strawberry and chocolate (butter pecan, pistachio, etc). The one thing you will need to have is patience. They aren't fast food fast, but it's worth it because they make everything to order.

I've travelled to this area for business and frequently stay at the Hampton Inn/Carson - so I've become acquainted with the restaurants in this area. Recently I took my family to the Anaheim area for vacation and I introduced them to this simple mexican restaurant. The ability to choose 3 or 6 mini-tacos and mix/match their meat choices and sauces is great. I feel like this is a new name for a previous business - not sure why - but it is still great food and always worth a few extra minutes drive to enjoy this meal!

Stopped by to try the tamales and wasn't disappointed in anywayAlso tried the carne Asadi burrito which was way too much to eat but had excellent flavor.

Stopped by with a large party on Saturday night and the service could have been better. We called ahead and asked for a table for 13. We later changed it to 16. They informed us that 13 of us can sit at one table and the rest can sit at adjacent booths and once the table next to us was available, we can sit there. Totally understandable and accommodating. After providing us a table (for 12 not 13) we sat around for 20 minutes before anyone even asked if we had been helped. Also, there was only 1 adjacent booth which seated 2 people which meant a couple of us were just standing around waiting for the table next to us to clear up. That was pretty awkward. While the server was helpful he seemed totally overwhelmed. Service was really slow and we had to wait 10-15 minutes between soda refills and tortillas (for the fajitas). I understand its Saturday night and their busy, but the manager could have gotten our server some help or taken another table of off his plate so he can focus on a large party.When the food finally did come, it was all very good. I tried the steak, fajitas, and tacos...everything was on point. They get bonus points for splitting the checks and not charging an insane mandatory gratuity (like Tony Roma's).Overall, I would give this place 2.5 stars.We're sorry to hear that your recent experience was not as good as it should have been. The only thing I didn't like is that the enchiladas, I ordered chicken and the outside was in a green sauce and the inside was in a red sauce. I brought that to their attention and was told, that's the way they make them. Won't order them again.Service is good, not great, but good.
