Casual, family friendly and always fun and festive, The Tortilla Press is a fresh take on traditional Mexican food. We add classic Mexican spices and flavors to great American entrees like steak, ribs and chicken. The result is a mouthwatering take on how
The Tortilla Press is a little different in a town with many Italian restaurants, and it was a nice change. We walked in with a party of 2 a little after 6 on a Saturday. Restaurant was a bit crowded and loud, but when a larger party left that settled down. Food was very good, and portions generous. The sweet potato empanada was excellent and very flavorful, as were the plantains. My main, the scallops, were tasty. Prices reasonable. Makes for a new pre-show meal (we went to the Scottish Rite auditorium). Will return.Hi Heidi,Thanks so much for stopping by and being our guest...we're delighted you enjoyed your visit and your meal!Chef Mark
We LOVE Jalapeños!!! In fact, we drive from Woolwich Twp., just to eat here. We have never had a dish that we did not love; and we have tried many. This is authentic Mexican food with the friendliest staff -the servers are so nice! It is a good thing that we live a distance away or I might never cook dinner!!! Had the Churros for dessert recently for the first time. AMAZING!!!! Have nothing negative to say!!!!

Very friendly service with fresh and tasty Mexican food in a casual setting. They have horchata but not jaimica tea but a good assortment of Mexican sodas.Typical mexican fare and the prices are reasonable. The food is very nicely prepared. Call ahead or order via their website and you can pick your good up to go. Specials, enchiladas, tacos, burritos, they have lots of choices.

First time to visit los jalapeños. My son and I were looking for somewhere to grab lunch while my daughter at camp. Everything is closed on Mondays and we didnât want fast food. We were extremely happy with our choice. My son is very picky eater so he was happy with make your own burrito. He said it was delicious. I ordered the chili rellenos. Loved it! Hot and fresh was delicious. Only complaint was could have used a little more sauce. Place was spotless and bathrooms as well. Service was excellent and attentive! Definitely will be going back.
