The best part about this place is the romantic setting , right on the banks of Fathe Sagar lake , in the midst of well maintained lawns and the worst part , the destination weddings happening at the hotel , when the entire area is taken over and dare I say abused by the wedding partyThe courthouse service by the staff and the perfect air-conditioning makes it a perfect venue to spend some time with friends . The food and snacks , though nothing Earth shaking are quite decent , a three out of five .ENJOY

Everything Keshu (the cook) made for us was delicious. We stayed in the house so we ate many meals there and everything from the breakfast food to the veggie burger to all the traditional Indian food was amazing and fresh. The atmosphere that Keshu and the owners, Tinku and Krishna, provide is super friendly and fun. Sunset drinks on the rooftop are a must! Itâs the best watching the sky turn dark and all the city lights come on while enjoying a home cooked meal. Super cute decor and great location in Old City - easy to get to. Definitely wouldnât miss this place for a nice dinner :)

We dined at the âDining Roomâ for all our meals -breakfast, lunch and dinner during our stay at the hotel. While breakfast was a buffet, lunch and dinner we opted for Ala-Carte. Great variety on the menu, multi-cuisine as well as good alcoholic beverages option as well. Everything that we ate was high on taste. No complaints !

Even in India, where the simplest requests for questions get confused, this place surpassed the level of basic communication and service. After climbing several flights of stairs, we got there and there was no one else there. No music playing and so the ambiance was really poor. We should have left. The menu itself was limited. The staff/waiter was friendly enough, but just didnt listen properley to anything we requested. Dodnt right anything down or hear what it is we were wanting and so the order, inevitably came out wrong. I asked for a very simple pasta of tomato sauce (spicy) and mushroom My partner asked for pasta with garlic, oil and olives only. We had to clarify this order several times, only for the waiter to come back minutes later to again ask what we wanted. When it came, I got pasta with olives and maybe the tinest bit of mushroom. My partner (who asked for olives), got pasta with red sauce and vegetables and my mushrooms. It was chaos. In the end we couldn't be bothered to get it corrected. The pasta dish was sloppy and bland. Mine was without spice and nothing in it that I asked for. My partners was the same. For 370 INR it was disappointing. The total bill for two boring pasta dishes and beer each, was way too much. Not sure this place will survive the way it's going.
