If you are staying near Milan airport and would like some gorgeous food - you should try this little place out. I headed out on a miserable rainy night and it was so worth getting a little wet. Not only was the host very accommodating but the Chef, Alex turns out some amazing dishes. The combinations were perfect to kindle (or rekindle as the case may be) a love of food. Handing the wine selection over to Alex turned out to be perfect as The wine was perfectly matched. Thank you and I am coming again

At almost the end of my business trip through Italy, I stranded in this wonderful Restaurant. The food is so fine, smooth and delicious. The portions are far to big, particularly Spaghetti with Lobster, everything made with real love.....passion and a great taste. Perfect....well done

One of my best gastronomic experiences! What a lovely place, with a marvelous food and a fantastic maitre! Everyone going from Milan to Malpensa Airport should consider eating there. It is a small city and with lots of places to park your car. The food is really exquisite! Maitre even offered me a complimentary spice pasta as entry which was delicious.I had a Pata Negra prosciutto and after that a cannelloni with snapper!! Deserts were another special chapter: too many options, each desert better than the other. At the end I chose an ice cream with cherry, amarena syrup, almonds and meringueWhat a great lunch!!

We get pizza from here regularly, at least once a week. I have tried pizza from many restaurants in the area, both cheaper and more fancy places, but this remains by far my favourite! It's always delicious! The pizza chefs are very friendly and fun, as well. If you enter and don't get greeted immediately by the hostess feel free to talk to them. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I decided to bring a group of Icelandic friends here because they were looking for genuine Italian pasta.I couldnât have chosen better!Wonderful entries with a mix of selected cold cuts, cheese and polenta with pork, traditional Italian masterpieces like homemade tagliatelle with boar ragout, saffron gnocchi, scottona beef fillet but also innovative combinations like pasta with liquorice poweder and tuna with peanuts crumble.I conquered all my friends with the desserts: homemade tiramisÃ¹ (a must when visiting Italy), chicolate cake and cheesecake.Prices are reasonable compared to the quality of the ingredients.It is still a mistery why this restaurant isnât full for lunch and dinner everyday!THANK YOU so much for your kindly report! You will not find this outstanding restaurant unless you're positively looking for it, as it is tucked away in a back street of a residential area, and it doesn't look much from the outside either. Michelin Award stickers on the door gives you a clue about what you can expect...Inside the dÃ©cor is OK but unspectacular, but don't be fooled... the food and the wines are spectacular. I ate a beef tartare starter then freshly made spaghetti with a simple "sausage" sauce, and then had the plate of cheeses. This last course deserves special mention... fifteen local cheeses arranged in the order you should eat them, staring with the mildest and ending with a full-on Gorgonzola... all served with Acacia Honey, Onion Jam and Fig Jam... really impressive. The care of selection and simplicity of presentation is what shone through this - and every other part of the meal.Prices are great, main plates at about twenty Euros, wines range from inexpensive to very expensive, and the kind, helpful English-speaking staff will help match what you're eating with what you can afford. You will not regret making the effort to find this outstanding restaurant.

What can I say? So far from the sea but so near a fish lover paradise. I urge anyone landing anywhere near Milan to visit this restaurant. The setting is fantastic and the food just sublime, starting with le alici in tempura valeriana, moving on to le pennette all'astice, resting with a glass of gavi dei gavi just before reaching heaven after having enjoyed la torretta di rombo agli asparagi. What an experience my first meal at the Idea Verde.

This is one of the best fish place on earth, it's just heaven for who likes fish. But the most unbelievable thing, is that if you get the chance to speak with the owner, he will tell you his story about being from Bergamo (just below the Alps) and being passionate about something that is not in his nature, the sea. All you eat there is absolutely fresh and tasty, so it's strongly recommended to eat lots of raws! Enjoy!
