We found this restaurant while strolling the streets of Santa Marta in the late afternoon / early evening looking for a suitable place to eat. It was a great choice.There are actually 2 restaurants in the same location here, but with different kitchens and menus. Our choice was served by a very wide menu and I would recommend any of the sea food dishes or a nice steak.Service was attentive without being suffocating and, because we were seated outside, we had an excellent view of all of the very large number of street entertainers who ply their trade at nighttime in this very central position within Santa Marta. We saw many musical acts, ranging from solo performers to a diverse range of bands offering a multitude of styles of music. We also had some very exciting hip-hop performers who entertained with some prodigious and gravity-defying routines.Yes, if you're ever in Santa Marta then do sample what's on offer here, both the food and the ambience.It's a fabulous mixture of Colombian and Carribbean culture and you'll long remember it I'm sure.Thanks for your comments and for sharing your experience with us! Nice little patio on a relatively quiet street. Outstanding grilled veggies, Greek salad and chicken kabob. Service was fast and friendly. We didn't realize they don't accept credit cards (be aware that many restaurants in Rodadero don't), so when the bill came we were a few dollars short. The server let us make a quick run to the ATM, but we had some problems with our cards. When we came back the next day to settle up the server declined and told us not to worry. Great food, great service!

Best breakfasts in town! Lots of healthy/vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free/local options. Also the salads are HUGE and a great deal for what they cost. I got the falafel (insider tip: ask for the calabaza falafel instead of regular-- it is out of this world!). Meat eater friends loved the chorizo pita and the southwest (chicken, bacon, guacamole, Chipotle). Everything is made in house (the bread, the almond milk, the meat is smoked there, everything!) Definitely options for everyone for a great price. You will leave with a full belly. Also great to just stop by for a smoothie or coffee. Super refreshing! Thanks a million!

We were looking for something a bit different to celebrate our anniversary and found it it here with its Mediterranean flavors. In short- Definitely go here...Owner Luca, from Bari, Italy, greeted us immediately as we walked in and was very welcoming.Food was outstanding. Luca makes the pasta fresh to order (be patient, itâs well worth it).I had spaghetti carbonara, and my friend has lasagna. Both dishes were delicious. The carbonara was the perfect mix of flavors...We will definitely go back. I highly recommend this restaurant! (Super small points department... The chairs and tables seem to all be handmade wood. The height of some tables and chairs are a bit off; they donât match comfortably. They could also use shorter straws for the drinks. The combination of a low chair, a high table and a really long straw made for a combination that was fun to watch as my friend tried to drink his Coke Zero!).Picture is the spaghetti carbonara dish... so good!!

For a restaurant in business only four months, SENSES has great food and an inventive menu. The service is still working out the glitches but they are enthusiastic. Give this one a chance and you won't be disappointed. Reasonably priced.

Nice enough place .. super busy which is always a good sign.. food was nice .. but so special that I would return for round 2. Peeking into the kitchen - the cooks seemed to be working with care + precision which is nice to see from ones table .. but the food was really rather simple ... in a high end way.Thanks a lot for your visit.
