I love this restaurant! The food is excellent and prices are reasonable.In the hot summer there are outside tables and fresh air.Every weekend they made a special âfuori menuâ, which is different every time.In main menu I recommend the grilled octopus (grilled polpo alla piato) and fried pepperoni (pepperoni crusci), tuna tartare sandwich and vegetarian burger.The vegy burger is really tasty and similar to meat. But if you eat meat you will find different dishes.There is a good draft beer 2 kinds and variety of bottles of wine.What I also like that Camelot works up to late night.Highly recommend this restaurant!

We found this restaurant via tripadvisor and have not been disappointed!The owner was super lovely and welcoming and even though we didnt speak italian, we somehow managed to order.The food was absolutely delicious! I had mussels with spaghetti and my boyfriend had crab and scampi with pasta, which was just STUNNING! The atmosphere was of a fishing village and the restaurant was full of Italians, which is a great sign that the locals love to eat there.Would definitely recommend!

This is Italian seafood at its best, basic surroundings just off the beach, plastic tables and chairs and you eat what they cook, which is fabulous. We had not booked and they managed to fit us is but it was packed: Antipasti was lovely, prawns samphire, octopus, mussels. Service was attentive and very concerned whether we liked it, we did, A LOT!!

This quaint little restaurant nestled inside a centuries old castle /monostary has ambiance and great quality food. if you want a true culinary experience outside of the standard fare this is the place to go!Angela the owner and cheif cook picks her vegatables and fresh meats daily from local farms and markets, before opening, and assures a fresh and wonderful exprerience for your taste buds! Enjoy !!

The pizzas here are really very good - authentic dough, baked well, served hot with good toppings. At â¬4.50 for the basic range plus â¬1.50 cover, good value. A nice range of interesting beers too, and a buzzy local atmosphere mean it's no hard to see why it's popular. Two of our number had desserts which were a little less good.

It's an unpretentious place. Although the décor includes nice photos on the walls, the rest of it is plain and modest. But the food is outstanding and the house wine is good. They speak little English there but do their best to accommodate you, even bring samples of the food items to explain the menu visually. Very friendly and hospitable service. They even presented us with a booklet on Basilicata at the end. The place was full of locals, always a good sign. Decent prices.

This is really an amazing place! The ambiance is quite and pleasant, the tables are situated on a good distance from each other (so your neighbors donât disturb you), the premises are quite modern. The food is very tasty, fresh and not fat; the plates are not too big so you donât leave restaurant overeated. And a separate word for services! The waiters are so efficient, attentive and know their job; thank you, guys, once again! Highly recommended!

We spent few days in Policoro and found this Restaurant on TA.The menue was clear 100% meat in all different pereparation and types.We were 4 and the owner and son hosted us perfect and recommended local meat. After the starter we had the chance to chose our meet and desired quantity in the buchery. No widh which could not be fulfiled.Then the owners wife she prepared the meet ot the grill to its perfection.We enjoyed mthis evening as food was ecxellent as well as company by the owner and his son was great.When in the area, we will definitely visit this location again. Grazie mille per questa serate splendida.
