Every year we look forward to eating at this trendy and inviting restaurant. Hidden off the beaten path, it provides upscale Greek traditional fare with a twist. Large portions and interesting combinations make this a stand out in Argos. This is a definite must visit place! Also, their house red wine is delicious and not to be missed!

We ate there three nights in a row and each night's meal was memorable. Stuck to Italian foods and the dishes were tasty, filling, well-prepared, and really well presented. Definitely try the mussel dishes (starter and mussels linguine) and the salads. The warm freshly-baked bread rolls were the best we have had anywhere. The service was superb and the ambiance warm and welcoming. The masticha liquor (free) served at the end of the meal is addictive - it had us walking around town the next day to buy a bottle. We will definitely return there :-)

We got flyers from them on our windshield after visiting the archeological site. The set lunches have good prices so we decided to take our chances. The restaurant was quite empty, so it was not very encouraging and like what the previous reviewer said, the waitress was kind of out of it. However the food tuned out to be pretty good: they used good quality meat for the souvalkis and the mousaka was good also, completed with bread and desert, it was a good meal for the price.

The restaurant is along the edge of the town's center, creating a lively atmospehre for your meal. You get both great food ( I recommend the chicken skewers) and relaxing evening as the city enjoy's its night beginning. I definitely would return here next time I am in the city.

We went to this restaurant as a family after reading and looking at the ratings in Tripadvisor and we are were not disappointed.Highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a great atmosphere, Vegan food, excellent service, very friendly staff, budget-friendly and of course exquisite food. I had the pork steak and I still think about it to this day. Very Family-friendly, cute, nice and cosy restaurant. Thank you very much for the excellent service and hope to come back there soon.

We came here as tour group before visiting Mycenae, archaeological site and everyone had a good time !Beautiful restaurant, very quick & friendly service and delicious Greek food !Moussaka was excellent and Roast lamb was so tasty. Having nice Greek red wine and we had a happy & yummy time !

Am writing as this family owned restaurant very clean, good toilets, but great food. As now in Greece not chili spicy but I had artichokes with a lemon sauce. I liked it very much. Wine is house white and very drinkable. Some staff speak English and Mama who does the cooking is all smiles.

First off... the location shown in the Trip Advisor map at the time of this post is way off. They currently have it marked as being about one kilometer further up towards the Mycenae archaeological site... but itâs actually right in the center of the modern day town of Mycenae.With that out of the way... the restaurant isnât much to look at from the outside. Very plain looking building in a nondescript part of town. When we arrived there wasnât anyone around to show us to a table. We picked one on our own and waited for 5 minutes before we saw anyone that looked like they worked there.This probably sounds like a fairly bad review at this point. Fortunately things turned around pretty quickly. The proprietor greeted us shortly after ward and listed off their menu (they donât have a printed one). We ordered a Greek salad, meatballs in tomato and onion sauce and the chicken souvlaki.... plus a 1.5 liter water and a 0.5 liter beer.The drinks arrived quickly and the salad shortly afterward. The salad was quite good! Iâd say well above average. Then the meatballs and chicken souvlaki arrived about 5-10 min later. Both were also very good! Iâd say the meatballs were a bit better but the souvlaki was very enjoyable.Total price came out to 27â¬... fairly cheap I think.Overall we thought this place was pretty good. Solid food and not-too-bad price. Maybe not the best setting... but overall a pretty good value.

I shuddered to see the number of people in tour groups when (our group) entered, but the tables were well spaced and it is an attractive, sunlit restaurant. We had traditional moussaka, salad, and lamb. Very good service, and the grounds are pretty.
